• A child ticket is mandatory for guests aged 7 to 14, who must be passengers only, as the minimum age requirement for operating the vehicle is 15 years old.
• An adult guest who chooses not to drive may select a child ticket for passenger-only participation.
• All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or have the parent or legal guardian pre-sign a release of liability form for that individual.
• Participants must be in good physical health, free from back/neck problems, heart conditions, or other serious medical concerns. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women.
• For your safety, closed-toe footwear is mandatory (no sandals). Please wear long pants and long sleeves for protection and dress appropriately, as you should expect exposure to significant dirt, dust, and mud.
• All participants must follow the verbal and signaled instructions of their guide/instructor at all times. Non-compliance with safety directives will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
• In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement.
