Don’t miss the cruise to Hydra, Poros, Aegina - This was a first class experience. The crew, especially Spero, took great care of us. He even saved seats for us for the final show. Very knowledgeable crew about the opislands we visited.

Very good cruise! - A memorable excursion to Hydra, Poros and Aegina! I strongly advise to arrive early (7:10) to find a good place, because the boat fills up quickly the outer decks are very popular and the first crossing to Hydra is long (3h-3h30). Hydra (1h30) and Aegina (1h45) offer a correct time, while Poros (45 min) is too short, especially with the time required for disembarkation/embarkation. We did not make any excursions preferring to walk. Meal served between Hydra and Poros. Great traditional show back after Aegina. We decided to treat ourselves with the deckchairs (150 €/pers. +): access to an exclusive terrace, only 5 passengers, free drinks, shop discount, amuse-bouche, then full meal with Table Service. The calm, the view and the personalized Welcoming really transform the experience. A huge thank you to RENIA, adorable, francophone and with little care, who made this moment even more special.

The boat trip and the... - The boat trip and the tours were excellent. We had one problem. The reservation said pick-up at 7:30 AM. We thought the pick-up would be from the hotel. It turned out the boat pick-up was at 7:30. We received a text message that we missed our ride and we had to rush and get an Uber ride to the port. Luckily, we made it, but it was nerve racking. Please make sure the ride pick-up time to other customers.

Good but very long day with some redundancies. - The company is very well organized. It was a large cruise with two kinds of accommodations. Regular and first class areas. The traditional Greek lunch included was good but it is a challenge to cook large amounts and have it cooked perfectly and be delicious. The islands were interesting but after you toured the first one, the others were more of the same. The cultural tour we took on Aegina was okay. The ruins were the best part. The tour guide was difficult to understand in English. The tour was done in English and Spanish. Spanish was definitely her native language. The food we ordered from the menu was excellent. It was a very long day. Be prepared.

Island tour - Boat was very clean and staff was friendly. Just not enough time at each island. 40 min in Poros and you basically had to board the boat early to have enough time to get back in line to get back on the boat. It was very enjoyable though just not enough time at each port

Transfer not necessary - Honest review, do not book transfers, will post in pics we were told 7.45 pick up, turned out to be 7am, no where this was stated, was unable to get a refund, paid €26 for taxi to port (cheaper) but the stress was not great specially for my older mum. The tour itself was great, but take a magazine or book, 3hrs to first island stag in bored were amazing, 1hr at Hydra (would come back to stay over) gorgeous!! 2nd island was more stop off 45mins (which all u need) nothing their. Then Agenia (1hr, 45mins) gorgeous again would come and stay a few nights here we did a Parnaomic tour €24 each (worth every penny) show on way back, the lunch on the shop was delightful. I spoke with the boat company and they herd about our ordeal with getting their in the morning and sorted us transfer back but finding our coach in the pitch darkness was hard. Which a few ppl also said. Download Free now app for taxies was a life saver

Buyer Beware! The WORST Customer Service EVER!! - The worst customer service experience ever! After being a customer service manager for years, I have to say that Alexis Vasquez, the manager, is the absolute worst I’ve ever come across. Instead of taking the opportunity to turn a booking error between a travel agent and Viator into a positive, he completely ignored our reservation and refused to take any action. And to add insult to injury, he was just incredibly rude, leaving two travelers with a bad impression of Greek hospitality. But luckily, during our stay, other locals went above and beyond to show us what true Greek hospitality is, and we quickly dismissed our encounter with Mr. Vasquez and went on to thoroughly enjoy the remainder of our time in Greece. As a side note, it did appear like organized chaos inside and outside of this office, so I’d be weary of this vendor.

No customer service - Unimpressed with the absolute rudeness of this company. Was given no indication that our pickup time was 45 mins before all documentation stated time. We missed the pickup, was not notified until 10 mins later (as we were walking to our pickup and that we were expected to get ourselves from the middle of the Plaka to the port within 15 minutes or forfeit our trip. Rudest people with no customer service and all the blame on use for their miscommunication. Had a refund rejected already but still no evidence they sent us any notification of an earlier pickup time. Will pursue this further.
