PADI Scuba Divers are authorized to:
• Dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional to a maximum depth of 12 meters/40 feet.
• Obtain air fills, rent or purchase scuba equipment, and engage in dive activities with proper supervision.
The PADI Scuba Diver course is the gateway to a lifetime of adventure. The course is divided into three sections over two days:
- Knowledge Development, which covers the principles, concepts, and terminology necessary for safe and enjoyable diving.
- Confined Water Dives, where scuba skills are learned and practiced in a pool or pool-like conditions. Participants will complete 3 mini dives that simulate the steps of open water dives.
- Open Water Dives, where training is completed with a total of 2 dives.

The PADI Scuba Diver Course offers a stellar starting point for becoming a proficient and secure diver, utilizing a mixture of online education, indoor and outdoor diving sessions. Your coach at Reef Oasis will impart all the necessary knowledge to enable you to scuba dive in open water, not exceeding a depth of 12 meters, in the presence of a professional diver of Dive Master qualification or higher.
This concise yet inclusive program will provide you with almost half the training required for the Open Water Diver Course, paving the way for an easy upgradation of your certification. All you need to do is finish the leftover e-learning and indoor diving sessions, followed by two outdoor training dives.
Upon completion of this course, you will be authorized to dive alongside a companion, under supervision of a Divemaster or higher, to a maximum depth of 12 meters, providing an opportunity to enjoy, exercise, and further hone your skills.
