Arrive at 4:00 pm in Mareuil-sur-Ay at a charming Champagne House nestled among the Champagne vineyards (Le Clos Corbier). Begin your visit with a tour of the cellars, which were excavated in the 1850s, and discover a traditional press while learning the secrets of the champagne-making process.

Relax and participate in a tasting class featuring a champagne quiz, then refine your sense of smell in an olfactory workshop to identify the various aromas and flavors found in Champagne. Engage in a friendly competition as you blindly identify three different Champagnes from the family, including one Grand Cru Vintage. Delight in local sweet treats and finger foods paired with your champagnes! (Accommodations can be made for allergies or specific dietary needs.)
