- Capuliyoc - DAY 1: CUSCO - CACHORA - PLAYA ROSALINA
The journey begins with a hotel pick-up at 5:00 a.m. for a bus ride to Cachora. Along the way, there will be a brief stop to admire the archaeological site of Tarawasi from the bus. The trip continues over the Cunyac bridge, connecting the Cusco and Apurímac regions, and through the district of Curahuasi, reaching Cachora around 10:00 a.m.
From Cachora, the hike commences along a trail leading to the Capuliyoc viewpoint (2800 masl), where lunch will be served. The trek then proceeds to the village of Chiquisqa (1930 masl), with a descending path offering stunning scenery and a warm climate. The descent is accompanied by views of the Apurimac canyon, culminating at the Playa Rosalina campsite by sunset. Dinner and overnight stay.
- Mirador Marampata - DAY 2: PLAYA ROSALINA - SANTA ROSA - CHOQUEQUIRAO
Following breakfast at 5:00 a.m., the trek continues to Santa Rosa (2100 masl). This challenging day leads to Maranpata (3800 masl) by noon, where lunch will be enjoyed. The route offers views of the majestic mountains and lush vegetation. Post-lunch, the journey proceeds to the Choquequirao archaeological complex, arriving in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay.
- Choquequirao Inca Citadel - DAY 3: CHOQUEQUIRAO - CHIQUISQA
An early start at 5:00 a.m. after breakfast leads to the remarkable ruins of Choquequirao, an hour’s walk away. The tour includes witnessing the sunrise and visiting the sacred USNO, ideal for photography, the emperor’s house, priest’s house, and granaries. The tour concludes at the terraces by noon. Lunch is at Sunchupata, followed by a two-hour descent to Playa Rosalina, and an hour later, the camp at Chiquisqa. Dinner and overnight stay.

A hearty breakfast is served in Chiquisqa at 6:00 a.m., followed by a return hike along the same path to Cachora. The ascent to Capuliyoc takes approximately two hours, where lunch is provided. From there, a milder two-hour hike leads to Cachora, arriving by 12:00 p.m. The journey offers views of majestic snowy peaks and the impressive Apurimac canyon. Arrival in Cusco is expected by 3:00 p.m.
