Full Day Tour: Great Pyramids, Sakkara & Memphis City
Pyramids of Giza - After breakfast at the hotel, at 8 am, an expert tour guide will pick you up to begin your full-day visit to the Giza Pyramids. Explore the Great Pyramids of Giza - Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Visit the Valley Temple, where priests mummified King Chephren, who built the second pyramid at Giza Plateau. Here, you can also get a close-up view of the Sphinx, the legendary guardian with a lion’s body and King Chephren’s head. Our guide will assist you in taking professional photos.
Lunch is included between visits at a local restaurant, offering a full meal for each person. Beverages are not included.
Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - Khufu’s pyramid complex includes a valley temple, now beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman. Diabase paving and nummulitic limestone walls have been discovered, though the site remains unexcavated.
Khafre’s Pyramid - Khafre’s pyramid complex features a valley temple, the Sphinx temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. The valley temple yielded several statues of Khafre, discovered by Mariette in 1860.
Menkaure Pyramid - Menkaure’s pyramid complex includes a valley temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. The valley temple once housed several statues of Menkaure. During the 5th Dynasty, a smaller ante-temple was added.
Great Sphinx - The Sphinx dates back to King Khafre’s reign. During the New Kingdom, Amenhotep II dedicated a new temple to Hauron-Haremakhet, which was expanded by later rulers.
Memphis and Sakkara - Continue your tour to the Sakkara area, located 27 km southwest of Cairo. Visit the Step Pyramid, also known as the Zoser Pyramid, an important part of pyramid evolution from simple mastabas to its well-known form. It is considered the first stone structure in the world.
Then, drive to Memphis City, the ancient capital of Egypt, home to the colossal statue of Ramses II and the great Alabaster Sphinx. This city dates back to 3100 B.C. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Step Pyramid of Djoser - The Pyramid of Djoser, or Step Pyramid, is an archaeological site in the Saqqara necropolis, Egypt.
Full Day Tour in Alexandria: Roman Theater, Pompey’s Pillar, and Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa
Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa - After breakfast at the hotel, at 7:00 am, transfer from Cairo to Alexandria in a modern air-conditioned vehicle. Upon arrival, start your trip by visiting the Roman Theater, which features marble seats for up to 800 spectators, galleries, mosaic flooring, and a pleasure garden surrounded by Roman villas and baths. Then, visit Pompey’s Pillar, followed by the Catacombs of Kom El-Shoqafa, which include tombs on three levels and the Triclinium, where relatives feasted the dead. Inside, there are 2nd Century AD statues of Sobec and Anubis in Roman armor.
Continue by visiting Elsawary, Montaza Garden, Alexandria Library, and from the outside, the Qaytbay Citadel and El Mursi Abu Elabas. Transfer to your hotel for check-in and an overnight stay in Alexandria.
