Great day! - I had a wonderful time on this tour. Menna was my guide and she was so knowledgeable and kind. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe with her and the driver, and I really enjoyed all the places we visited. I thoroughly recommend this tour and Menna!!

Amazing trip to the pyramids - Our guided tour to the pyramids was absolutely amazing. Made all the more special by our expert guide Ahmed Elsayed. His knowledge and passion made our visit. We would highly recommend a personal guide. Request Ahmed if you can. A day we’ll never forget won’t forget. Thank you.

Fantastic day with Sam ♥️ - We had the most wonderful day with our guide Sam. His passion for his country and his knowledge on Egyptology is awe inspiring. We feel like we have made a genuine friend for life. He was very respectful of our time, trying not to rush us but also not wanting us to miss out on anything. Thank you Sam, we have the most beautiful memories of our time with you & your country which will last for ever ♥️

Pyramids around Cairo - We enjoyed our today’s trip to the different pyramids south of Cairo. Driver: Mahmoud was very friendly and on time during the day. He picked us up at 8:30 a.m. from the Hilton Pyramids Golf Hotel in Gizeh. We can recommend him for any private tours. Our guide Adel Mohamed speaks English and German quite well. He explain all historical places in detail and he took several funny pictures of all of us. Highlight of the day was for sure the Daschur-, Sakkara- and all the other pyramids around the Cheops pyramid. Funny was the 20 minutes ride with the 🐪 🐪 🐫 ❗️😂 We can recommend him for your next tour ❗️ Bert from Germany 🇩🇪

Best you can get! - Absolutely amazing! I can not recommend Sam enough! He had every detail planned with precision, from the order of sights to see, handling the crowds and was a wealth of great information. Our driver Shreef was a pro in negotiating traffic and getting us through the busy streets. If I could take every tour with these gentlemen I would.

Best day of my life!!! - We had an amazing day with Ahmed Elsayad. We had a smooth pick up from hotel and headed for a an early camel ride. Ahmed pre-warned us about any tips required for photos during the camel ride and we were very well respected by the workers. Then we walked around and went into one of the pyramids. Ahmed ensured we made the most of all photo opportunities! We explored perfume making, government run souvenirs shops (where we got personalised Egyptian charms) and learnt how to make authentic papyrus paper. Finally we headed to the Egyptian museum. Ahmed explain the story of the kings and gods very well and the whole experience ran very smoothly. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Giza!

Beautiful full day - Unpleasant surprise the night before... No French guide available... Fortunately Menna made us have a very nice day, she took the time to speak softer so I could understand. Thanks to her and the driver who were good companies for the day.

A Disaster of a "Private" Tour – Unprofessional Guide & Broken AC - If you are looking for a stressful day of arguing for basic necessities like water and air conditioning, then book this tour. If you actually want to enjoy the Pyramids and the GEM, avoid this operator at all costs. We booked this for Feb 16, 2026, as a family of three (including our 9-year-old son), and it was a total waste of money and a complete spoiltsport for one of the most eagerly looking forward day for us. The "Private" Transport was a Trap: The driver arrived 30 minutes late. The car was cramped, dirty, and the AC was non-functional in the Cairo heat. Our guide, Shreen, spent half the day giving illogical excuses about the weather before finally admitting the driver hadn't used the AC in months. We were essentially suffocating in a small car until I threatened to abandon the tour. Only then was a replacement vehicle sent—but only for the final return leg. Also driver had no english communication and Shreen didnt convey clearly so a quick breakfast stop request though entertained took 30 min as driver took right into city center rather than stopping for a quick one on way, and Shreen kept quoting that throughout the day as the reason for all delay and traffic and the 'great' favor she has rolled out to us, totally apalling. The Guide (Shreen) – Zero Value Add: Shreen was cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. She didn't offer a plan, ignored our son’s questions, and spent most of the time speaking Arabic to the driver. She even made biased assumptions about our nationality until I corrected her that we were visiting from London. Throughout the day she was only rushing to herd us quickly from each point, never a relaxed patient explanation of any bit of history and the added favor of she making sure we have a good day despite shooting over the '8 hours' tour. We learned more by overhearing other group guides than from her "explanations." Furthermore, the "included" water never appeared until 7 hours into the tour, and only after a heated confrontation about the car AC. No refreshments at all and they only stopped for lunch as a standard buffet place. Forced Shopping over History: Despite constantly harping that we were "late" and that she was doing us a "favor" by staying past the 8-hour mark, she forced us into three separate commission-based shops (Papyrus, Perfumes, Hieroglyphics) and again pushing it to us as a favor to educate our son., never a discussion on how to make the most of our time. These stops took over 30 minutes of our time that should have been spent at the monuments. It is hypocritical to blame traffic or the guests for being "late" while stopping at tourist traps we didn't ask for. The "8-Hour" Myth: The tour is advertised as 8-10 hours, yet Shreen acted like the clock was more important than the experience. She rushed us through the GEM and the Pyramids, providing almost no insight, just to meet her 16:30 deadline and for most part she spoke was to rub in the great favor she did to us but going over the 8 hour mark. Zero Customer Service: I reached out to the operator directly to resolve this privately before posting this review. It has been 5 days with zero response. They clearly do not care about the quality of their service once they have your money. Final Verdict: Save your money. You can book a clean Uber/Careem, buy your own entry tickets online, and hire a licensed guide at the gate (or go without one) for a fraction of the price and 100% less stress. This "private tour" provided zero comfort, zero education, and zero respect.
