Great special trip - I'm really happy I scheduled a trip to Dahshur, Sakkara and Memphis with them. As a solo traveler and with little time to plan this was a blessing as they take care of everything, guide and driver included. Robert was a great guide, always nice, and great photographer :)

Excellent adventure - This economical tour visited the pyramid complexes at Dahshur and Saqqara and the monuments site at Memphis. A nice bonus was the Turkish coffee at Jessy's sister's coffee shop and a lunch of Egyptian favorites after the tour. All-inclusive except for a small admission fee to enter the pyramids at Saqqara (well worth it). Jessy was a very knowledgeable and attentive guide and it was a lot of fun spending the morning with her. Karim was a polite and professional driver. A great way to see some of Egypt outside Cairo and Giza in a short period of time. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Sakkara tour with Mohammed - Our second day with Emo Tours and our fantastic guide, Mohammed, was just as amazing as the first! We felt very lucky to have him again—he’s knowledgeable, kind, and made the entire experience unforgettable. We visited Memphis and Sakkara, and Mohammed brought the ancient sites to life with his stories and deep understanding of Egyptian history. He made sure we saw all the highlights and explained everything in a way that was both fun and educational. One of the best parts of the day was enjoying a delicious meal at a local restaurant. The food was authentic, fresh, and a perfect way to experience more Egyptian culture. Overall, it was a very good day—well-organized, smooth, and full of memorable moments. I highly recommend Emo Tours and Mohammed for anyone visiting Egypt. We truly felt lucky to have him as our guide!

A Journey Through Time: Sakkara, Memphis & Dahshur Tour - If you’re visiting Egypt and looking to truly immerse yourself in its ancient wonders, the excursion to Sakkara, Memphis, and Dahshur is an absolute must. This tour is a deep dive into the heart of ancient Egyptian civilization, far beyond the usual stops. Walking among the Step Pyramid of Djoser in Sakkara, standing before the colossal statue of Ramses II in Memphis, and marveling at the striking Bent and Red Pyramids of Dahshur offers a profound connection to a history that’s thousands of years old. The tour was not only well-paced and informative, but it also offered a refreshing escape from the more crowded tourist areas. Each site had its own unique atmosphere, and visiting all three in one day painted a fuller, more vivid picture of Egypt’s architectural and cultural evolution. A special mention must go to our guide, Robert, whose knowledge, humor, and passion for history elevated the entire experience. Highly recommended—whether you’re a history buff or just looking to experience something truly unforgettable. This tour, and Robert especially, will leave you with lasting memories.

Wonderful experience, great guide - Exceed our expectations. Besma was a great guide who tailored the experience to us. Great value. A “1/2 day” tour was 10 - 5! We got home tired & full.

Be careful of charming traders. - Just to be clear. I did not book the trip through the operator advertising here, but I did want to make fellow travelers aware of a somewhat unpleasant experience I had whilst on this same trip. Across from the car park entrance to the Memphis site, there is a cafe. Behind the said cafe is a shop selling relatively decent nick knacks, but the owner will try every trick in the book to get you to part with as much money as he can possibly milk from you. He was somewhat vague on prices and when the bill was added up, it was considerably more than I had agreed on . Yes. One isn’t obligated to pay it, but I found I found the whole experience quite unpleasant and I really didn’t appreciate stunts like adding an item to my bag, without my permission, and whacking another 50 dollars on the price. It’s an unpleasant way to do business and I hope that any of you encountering this charmer think before he convinces you to buy any of his stuff. You will get it cheaper or for similar prices elsewhere and you won’t be stung for a bill for things you didn’t really want, but didn’t want to appear rude by refusing to take. This is what this guy is depending on.

Good day trip, but my... - Good day trip, but my husband couldn’t join me so I was on my own with a guide and drive. The guide was very inappropriate at times and took me a couple of times to isolated areas and when nobody was about he was trying to hug me, when on our own he was constantly telling me I was beautiful and he will miss me, I’m 69, he was around 40 and married. I was very uneasy all day. Wouldn’t recommend for a solo women with the guide I had.
