Beautiful - This was an amazing experience, the drive there was fun to see some different towns and amazing views from the hike/zip line/hammocks. It was a lot of walking/hiking so be prepared, but well worth it !

Amazing day 😝🤟 - This tour was incredible. The scenery was spectacular. They picked us up from our hotel on time, and we headed to a place where we could enjoy the zipline, the hammocks, and the beautiful waterfall. The attention from the entire staff was excellent. Visiting Medellin is a very nice experience. We would do it again without hesitation.

epic experience, make it happen! - Immaculate views, fantastic guide, and wonderful exercise; could not have asked for a better day. We hiked to the zip line (over 700m!), had a nice lunch with coffee from the mountains below us, spent some time at the base of a beautiful waterfall and relaxed in a hammock tied to the zip line 400+ meters above the ground!

it’s a must do! - An absolute must do for the adventurous! Felipe was a fantastic guide, lots of energy and knowledge. We began with a stop at a beautiful waterfall along the way to the main attraction. Once we got to the Los Saltos Ecopark, we hiked down to a long zip line across a canyon with epic views. After than we hiked down to the base of an intense, impressive waterfall. So beautiful! After a lunch among the trees at a small cafe, I got to relax in a hammock…. On the zip line 400m in the air!

The most beautiful view and a challenging adventure - This was hands down the best highlight of my whole trip. My friends and I stayed in Colombia for a week and the boys wanted to do a whole day tour. Sky hammock was never really in my bucket list because I didn’t even know something like that existed but I’m glad we went through with it. I honestly thought we were just going to lay in a hammock all day and that’s it. Felipe, our best tour guide went above and beyond by actually hiking with us and staying with us the whole tour. We felt safe and well taken care of. He picked us up and brought us back to our hotel, made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout the whole trip and provided us with every single detailed information we needed for that day. The hike for the waterfalls, the zip lines and the hammocks were the hardest part but with Felipe cheering us on and at the end having the most beautiful view of them all, it is 100% worth it and I would do it all over again. I recommend this tour 100% if you love nature, a challenging hike and hanging from the highest zip line in Colombia <3

Tour is fine. Guide was not. - We booked this tour thinking it would be a private, organized experience. However, what we received was not that. I’ll divide the problems into two: the “private tour” experience and our tour guide. We got to the zip line station and went across with no problems. However, we soon realized that none of the activities for the tour were booked in advance. We got to the ticketing center and the person asked if we had prior reservations and our tour guide said no, which on a busier day could have been a problem. After going down the zipline and finally purchasing our tickets for everything, we proceeded to start trekking down to the waterfall. Our tour guide told us that he was having knee problems and so he didn’t accompany us down to the waterfall, so we went down alone. When we got back, we were greeted by a woman that said she spoke to our tour guide to ask if two girls could come back to Medellin with us and he said that it shouldn’t be a problem and then she asked us if it would be ok for that to happen. We didn’t initiate and we felt like we couldn’t refuse. We left the zipline/waterfall spot much later than expected, at 6pm and ended up making it back to the hotel slightly past 8pm. This was much later than what was expected. That was the end of the tour. Our tour guide unfortunately made the experience less than desirable. Other than bringing us to and from the waterfall and zipline spot, he did nothing to add to the experience and in fact made the experience worse. After we had gotten back from the waterfall hike alone, we proceeded to have lunch with our tour guide. We engaged in small talk but some of the conversation was awkward, such as being shown a video of a snake strangling a rabbit and then eating it. On the way back up to the car after we had completed activities and picked up people for our journey back, we had a bit of an uphill climb to endure. We had to stop several times for our tour guide so he could catch his breath for up to 10 minutes per stop. We made around 3-4 stops on the way up with significant rest at each stop, delaying our trip even further We finally reached a point almost at the top and, unprompted, our tour guide told us that we should take a picture between us and these strangers that we had picked up on the way. After the picture, we then rested around 10-15 mins more. Finally, we reached the top and our tour guide ended up buying a soda so he could rest some more. We eventually ended up making it back to the hotel. This was not a private tour. Our tour guide didn’t guide us anywhere and only acted as a taxi and made the experience less than desirable. This gets two stars as the activities went as promised.
