While shopping in the markets, he was not only our guide, he was our advocate in the unfamiliar and foreign places. He knows his way around…literally and figuratively. He clearly explained customs, structures/architecture, and history of the places and landmarks. When we couldn’t understand what was being said. we needed someone we trusted to translate…Mahmoud was there and eager to assist. He is notably very patient with his clients (or new friends,) It seemed as though he had established an individual “friendship” with those in our group; understanding and knowing how to deal with each person as an individual. We were a small group of 8 yet, he took the opportunities to talk with each of us on an individual basis at some point…that built trust and respect. As we shopped or walked the grounds where we visited, he found chances to get with people in the group one-on-one and have a chat. Enhance your trip with the best in touring.
