Driver and guide sightseeing Dubai - We spent the whole day on the road with Toseef Ghafar. He showed us all the sights in Dubai and proved to be an excellent driver and guide. He is only 26 years old, but he shared so much information with great enthusiasm. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai or Abu Dhabi who could use a good guide

Amazing Abu Dhabi City Tour with Toseef - Had a full day Abu Dhabi City tour with Ferrari World private transfer with Toseef Ghafar. Toseef has been exceptional throughout our trip. He was very patient and willing to help my mom who was traveling with wheelchair. Overall it has been amazing experience and Toseef made it much more easier.

Family outing - Very great offer. Price really attractive and very well organized. We had a private tour. I would like to highlight our tour guide Rahat Ali. Very attentive and patient. Took us close to the history of the UAE and answered every question. Was also very patient with our baby and very child friendly. The tour with him was very pleasant and we would do it again and again!

Exceptional Service by Touseef Gafar– A True Asset to Rayna Tours - We had the pleasure of spending an entire day with our driver and guide, Touseef Gafar, and it turned out to be the most memorable experience of our 8-day trip with Rayna Tours. He was informative, polite, soft-spoken, and extremely professional throughout the journey.
Touseef took care of us with genuine warmth and respect. He never rushed us, always made sure we were comfortable, and shared detailed information about every place we visited—even those stops we had covered earlier with other drivers. His helpful nature truly stood out. At the BAPS temple, he even guided other tourists with their registration, despite it not being his duty. That small act showed the kind of person he is.
He also ensured we had a great local experience—taking us to shops with reasonable prices for spices, dates, chocolates, and saffron, and even bargaining on our behalf. He recommended a lovely restaurant too, where we enjoyed delicious tea at a surprisingly low price. He offered us water, checked on us often, and was polite in every interaction.
Touseef is a gem of a person and a walking example of kindness and professionalism. In our opinion, he deserves to be promoted, as he truly represents what excellent hospitality should look like. May he continue to prosper in everything he does. God bless him and his family.

Wonderful and comfortable tour to Abu Dhabi - Our tour to Abu Dhabi with Muhammad Saeed Akhtar was amazing! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience fun and smooth. He explained everything clearly, and made sure everyone was comfortable. Highly recommended!

Mixed experience - Excursion offered not up to the standard.
The guide was not clear in his explanations and to close the day, the bus driver on the way back did not drop us off at the right hotel.
