Trip to Abu Simbel from Aswan! - This was a well organized and well priced excursion! I would recommend it as I went alone and was well looked after by the driver and guide! Thank you Mirra!

Great deal and experience - Prompt pickup at hotel, stopped for snacks and drinks unlimited, proficient English, comfortable small suv, super clean car, very professional driver and felt safe immediately. I highly recommend Oscar for a private escort from Aswan to Luxor. It’s three hours but with the two stops it went by fast and lots of very interesting places and things to see on the way! Book now and have an amazing time!

Best tour and amazing price can’t be beat. - Best tour in Egypt! Don’t miss this trip to Abu Simbel with this tour company and Mirna. Very safe, prompt and professional service. Best price for an incredible adventure. I can’t believe we had a beautiful van, English tour guide, time on your own, stops for coffee and bathroom break (one each way). It’s 3 hours one way but definitely worth the ride. Fantastic day, don’t waste money with other guides, choose this company!!!

Ramon is amazing guide - Ramon is amazing and got lot of knowledge of the history of Egyptian kingdom. He explained the story of Abu Simbel before giving us just enough time for seeing the palace by ourselves

From Aswan: Abu Simbel Temple Day Trip with Hotel Pickup - Keep in mind that there is a long long way to get to Abu Simbel (about 3hrs depending on the traffic)
Nothing to do with the tour, there is a toilet stop after 1.5 hours in the only coffee shop in the area (facilities are scarce even if you have to pay).
Arriving to the Temple, there is a brief explanation outside of it. Then you get your free time (about 1 hr).
The Temple is amazing.
I was suggested to pay in advanced for all the entrances to avoid queuing, however to my surprise I had to wait 20 minutes for the rest of the group to get their tickets. (This does not make sense at all)
Our guide Medo was informative and Malak was all the time there to assist us.

Great Tour with Smooth Logistics - We had a wonderful time on the tour. While the journey was quite long compared to the time spent at the site, it was absolutely worth it. The tour guide provided a brief historical introduction to help us orient ourselves, though more in-depth details would have enhanced the experience even further. That said, the guides were polite, and the pickup process was smooth and hassle-free.

Good experience - I think the tour was well organized. The bus was comfortable. The withdrawal and good communication. I enjoyed the evening contact of the tour operator.

Don’t do it, I did and I regret it - The Temple of Abu Simbel, totally worth it, one of the best in all of Egypt.
However, in terms of this tour:
1. The service was EXTREMELY MEDIOCRE, the bare minimum.
2. Hotel pickup was included on Tripadvisor, but we weren’t picked up at the hotel, even when it was listed as one of the pickup options.
3. We were told that we weren’t going to get picked up at the last minute. It felt like a trick to charge us extra.
4. We had to chase the company to confirm the tour ourselves as customers. That should be the tour operator’s job. After chasing it for many days, the tour was confirmed less than 12h before.
5. After being told that the tour wouldn’t pick us up at Elephant Island, even though our hotel was listed as a pickup point, we were quoted $10 per person for a 2-minute boat ride to take us to the departure point ($30 total). My hotel did it for $3 total. They really wanted to scam us.
6. After the Abu Simbel visit, my family and rest of travellers waited 32 MINUTES without knowing where our transport back was, no one showed up. This was VERY stressful.
7. The driver was EXTREMELY UNSAFE on the road. The driving made us feel uncomfortable.
This company doesn’t care about making a good impression on travellers, there’s no will to help, but just to offer a mediocre service and take as much money as they can, just like leeches. I wouldn’t recommend this company to other visitors.

Unclear Description Turns into Tourist Trapp - Overall an unpleasant experience.
The description of the tour on tripadvisor is misleading (see image). Our hotel is on the Elephantine Island which is not in the list of excluded areas. (There is one "the Island" listed, which is ambiguous.) We ended up paying extra 10 USD per head for the transport after the guide threatened to leave us on the spot. We confronted the operator who said they will change the description to avoid future misunderstanding.
However if they don't, be aware that Elephantine Island is not included in the free hotel pickup area.
On the other hand, the tour guide did only the minimal explaining on the way to the temple. He asked for good reviews before we reached the destination, and wrote his own review on behalf of one of the guests. While explaining the history on the bus is fine, he left the group once we got off the bus so there was no chance for us to ask questions after visiting the temple. The "guiding" we received is the absolute minimal, you may as well think of this tour as only a tranfer to the abu simbel temple.
Would not recommend this tour.
