• Capilla de la Paz (Chapel of Peace) - The La Paz Ecumenical Chapel, better known simply as the Chapel of Peace, is situated at the highest point of El Guitarrón hill, a mountain range encircling the bay of Acapulco, Guerrero, in southern Mexico. It is a non-denominational ecumenical chapel that hosts religious weddings for couples who may not share the same faith or religion.
• Catedral Nuestra Senora de la Soledad - Acapulco Cathedral, dedicated to Nuestra Señora de la Soledad, is the principal church in the port of Acapulco, Guerrero. It is located in the city center, opposite Plaza Álvarez, and has been the episcopal seat of the Archdiocese of Acapulco since 1958.
• Acapulco Historical Museum - El Fuerte de San Diego is an essential part of the landscape of the port of Acapulco. This significant building has housed the Acapulco Historical Museum since April 24, 1986, thanks to the efforts of the National Institute of Anthropology and History, the National and State Council Adopt a Work of Art, and the Friends of the Fuerte de San Diego Association, A.C. They recognized the importance of providing the Acapulco community with a site museum where both locals and visitors can learn about the port’s history.
