Great Memories - EBEN and Michael were very knowledgeable about the history of Accra and Ghana as a whole. Their incredible historical knowledge made our conservations very informative and enjoyable. We really enjoyed learning from them. They skillfully maneuvered us through the crowds at Makola market, they also helped us to capture each moment on camera, they were very willing to assist therefore allowing us to take home tons of memories.

Amazing Tour - This was a great tour, especially for first time visitors to Accra. Eben is a great guide with so much knowledge about the city. I learned and saw much during this tour. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Accra.

Amazing Accra Tour - Our Tour of Accra on October 16th was a great and memorable one. The guide was on time. Picked us at our hotel in the morning and drop us at the hotel in the afternoon at the end of the tour. Michael, our guide assisted us during the tour, responded to all our questions and adapted to our requests. I recommand this service 100%.

Great experience, great tour guide - I had Peter as a guide. He was absolutely wonderful. He was so helpful and really just took care of us all. My group included five solo travelers who had never met before and before the end of the day we had become buddies. Peter really made it a very comfortable environment. He was helpful about areas of the country places to shop different things to do in Accra and also places to eat. I really could not have asked for a better tour guide and I feel like I got super lucky booking and getting Peter in my first time ever going to Ghana. I highly highly recommend this tour group if you’re ever in Ghana and if you can ask for Peter as your tour guide

Loved Every Moment of My Ghana Tour - I had an amazing experience on my tour in Ghana! Peter, our guide, was very kind, knowledgeable, and made everything easy and fun. Did I experience everything I paid for? NO. Was I offered compensation or a plan B? NO - The Accra City Tour - I had a great experience on this trip, until the rain started. Our driver and guide Emmanuel was attentive to our needs, informative about the local sites we saw and very calm & reassuring during challenging situations. This trip is NOT 5 stars because; Did I see everything that i paid for on this trip? NO Did I experience each place in equal measure ie 60 mins? NO Was I offered compensation or an alternative plan because the rain prevented us from fulfilling our programme? NO At the W. E.B Debois centre we had ample time to see the place, be guided by the guide at the centre and visit the shop on site At the National Museum of Ghana it was a good experience and we had plenty of time to listen to the guide ask questions and see the place We had a very nice lunch break just off Oxford street, that was a pleasant experience and a very nice place, the food was beautiful. During lunch the rain started. Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, we drove through heavy rain to the park. Inside at reception we sheltered for more than 1 hour waiting for the rain to stop, before the guide at the centre took us out. In the rain we were guided through the park to the different areas, it was informative but NOT ENJOYABLE. By the end of the tour it is still raining heavily 2 members of our group did not have an umbrella as I did so they were not interested in continuing this tour in the rain. As it was obvious the rain was not going to stop any time soon I consulted our guide Emmanuel about the possibility of compensation or to continue this program another day as I would be available next week to do so. His response from his managers was that non of these options would be possible. I am not pleased with this response because I have paid in good faith expecting Expedition Go to honor the program I have paid for or have a plan B. I would not recommend this company because of this lack of provision in situations like this. I’m sure this is not the first time this has happened. Yes sometimes it rains, but if Expedition Go are not able to fulfill their part of the deal, as customers we should be offered something. Makola market - Saw it from the car as we past it, through heavy rain. Was I able to stop and see the place? NO Was I able to explore it? NO I didn’t leave the car and no plan B was offered to return another day or be compensated because of the rain As a result I was not able to purchase any gifts which I had hoped I could do on this trip Independence Square Parade ground - Did I spend quality time here? NO no plan B was offered to compensate I saw the parade ground from the car mainly. Stood in the parade ground for less than 5 mins in the rain with my umbrella. Did I enjoy the experience? NO Did I get to explore and see this place properly? NO Black Star Square- Did i spend quality time here? NO no plan B was offered to compensate. rain stopped us from going across the busy road, so I have no photos of Black Star Square Centre for National Culture - I DID NOT VISIT THIS PLACE on our programme & no plan B was offered to compensate for this. I am still very dissatisfied and disappointed that I don’t have a full experience of the places I have paid to see and the inconvenience of not being able to shop in the market, is a very big disappointment. This experience means I will not book a visit to cape coast castle with Expedition Go, as I had planned to, unless Management at Expedition Go are willing to remedy this.Did I
