Fun adventure! - The kids loved this place! Beach area was clean and the 9-3 time slot was perfect for our 3 teenagers. Definitely wore them out! Food prices were decent and the ladies at the slushie shop and hut were personable and friendly.

So much fun... so sore after - We had so much fun playing for the day. We were first in line when they opened and it took a little time for them to find our waivers we had filled out online. The line after us got a bit long. Not sure if there is a way to streamline the process but wasn't bad. Once in we had a blast. We were there on a Saturday in the summer and I thought it would be crazy crowded but it wasn't. The kids had a blast and the adults were reminded we need to workout more. We didn't eat there but the food from the restaurant looked amazing. There were lots of chairs available all around the lake. Bathrooms and changing rooms where large. They have changing rooms outside the park as well which was nice to change before it opened.

Fair Experience - I will have to start by saying that I am in my mid 70s, so this adventure was more for the grandchildren in the group. My sister-in-law made the reservations, so I may not have all the details. I went in with them to register, and the guy was going over a bunch of stuff real fast. I finally told him look, we are not here to destroy your rooms or cook meth! Anyway, they gave us one map of the resort for three cabins. I went back the next day and asked for a map, and they finally gave me two, but not without an exchange of words! I did not go rafting, zip lining, or get in the water at the waterpark. I bought a woodfired pizza, and it was good. I did not go to the breakfast bars, so I cannot comment on that. The cabins were reasonably clean, but the mattress on the bed was well used, and you had a tendency to roll towards the center! Towels and linens were another issue. There was a note on the mailbox, saying to leave your towels in the mailbox and they would exchange them each day at around four or 430 whatever, and we never got clean towels and washcloths for the weekend. Someone else said that there was a note on the map brochure that you had to get the towels at the office! WTH!? Another person in our group (the cabin that got the map) said there was a number to call or something about the office, but the mailbox conveyed another message. They came early on Sunday morning to cut the grass! That should’ve been done well before that! Cars and trucks, including some of their own Marked vehicles sped up and down the road with small children were present. I detected it once or twice, and it was faint, but one of the people in our groupi said as long as you’re going to write a review to write that there was a faint smell of sewer.

Bad experience - I woke up sick the day of the reservation. I called Ace Adventure and asked to move the date of reservation to the next day. Since I bought the tickets outside the company I was told I needed to go through them but Ace adventure had no problem moving dates. I called Viator and explained the situation to be told I couldn’t move dates but they would email Ace Adventure and ask them. Ace Adventure said they never received an email. All I was wanting to do was still pay for the tickets and still be able to go. I did not want a refund. I think it is unfair if you have flu like symptoms the day of the reservation that the dates can not be moved. How am I going to go 2 1/2 hours away to a lake if I am throwin up, and diarrhea, with a fever?
