Magical islands in istanbul - This tour really made our day, as honeymooners we was wish to finish all our holiday at this princess’s islands, we change our mood with this visit and walk around that cosy style of houses and nature , the view was amazing from the top of the big island named ‘buyukada’ everything was amazing and at the boat cruise we saw a lot of beautiful views of istanbul from marmara sea as topkapi palace and hagia sophia from different side , all istanbul is amazing and magical city , tour guide was respectful and good guy, lunch was acceptable but the blview from the restaurant something you can not buy it with money. I recommend this travel company and this tour to everybody. Really they deserve all the best for them hlp for us for a lot of things in all our days in Istanbul.

Have a nice day out. - Nice experience. Everything was well arranged.. On the islands you can eat in the restaurants along the water. The boat was not crowded which was very pleasant.

Beautiful islands - Overall the experience was good, except the pick-up transport which was awful, the air conditioning was hardly good and we were charged an additional 20 euros for the electric bus in buyukada which I found too expensive for the tour and considering that the tour says it is included...

Disappointing Experience – Not What Was Promised - I’ve booked several tours through Viator in different countries and have always had great experiences, until now. This tour was disappointing and felt more focused on upselling than delivering on its description. It mentioned a guided cruise with commentary on the sights, but there was no information provided during the journey out or back. Only a short blurb was given as we neared the islands. Instead of enriching the experience, the staff pushed additional paid activities (bike or bus rentals) which didn’t interest me. I later noticed a public ferry arriving from Istanbul and found out that the Istanbulkart covers transport to the islands, something I wish I’d known earlier, but that's on me. We were told to return for lunch at 2 p.m. I arrived around 1:30 and was directed upstairs while they finished setting up. No clear announcement was made until they were already packing up. I barely managed to get a chicken leg, some rice, and salad. When I asked about drinks, I was told only water was included, but then was charged for it. When I clarified, the staff just shrugged and walked away. It felt careless and disorganized. The second island visit was cut short, we were told we’d have 1 to 1.5 hours, but on arrival wer told only 45 minutes. That wasn’t enough time to see much. On the way back, again, no information was shared about anything we were passing. As we docked, we were suddenly told we’d be going to a leather shop before having some free time. This unannounced stop included a rushed fashion show and a heavy sales pitch, definitely not what I signed up for. The only highlight was the pickup/drop-off driver, who was friendly and professional. The islands themselves are beautiful and worth visiting, but not with this tour. There are easier, cheaper, and more enjoyable ways to get there. Sadly, this felt like a tourist trap. Disappointed to say this was my first negative experience with Viator.

The islands are lovely... - The islands are lovely and the tour was well organised, I give it a 2 star rating because we were not happy with our bikes, I’d expect the tour guides to recommend / take us to a place where we could get bikes that could be ridden safely. Instead ours had breaks that needed fix, badly maintained or non existent gears and we were given no helmet, safety and maintenance was poor and we returned them quickly after trying to ride them somehow so we felt it was a waste of money as we didn’t get anything out of what we paid, we mentioned it to the person in the bike store but did not seem to bothered. Lunch was not great either, we were hungry the rest of the excursion.

A day DE wasted - Day to flee..correct EN pick up at the hotel. 1st island 45 minutes ri EN to see 2nd i i DEm meal more than basic but given the normal price for the DE nothing to see except the merchants but we offer you a bus tour at 1600 lt for 4 while you can use your istanbul card for less DE 100lt per person but nothing to see back on istanbul we announce that for those who have a transport we must go to a leather merchants with a very nice quality it is true but overpriced finally Day lost only positive the view on the whole istanbul

Princely Islands - We paid for an excursion with audio guide ..it starts with the delay of the taxi...delay boat...on the boat NO AUDIO GUIDE In French....we offer you to take the bike or bus to walk on the 3rd island..DO NOT TAKE IT IS FLIGHT 1600 for 4 it would have cost us 1200 less IF WE HAD TAKEN THE BUS BY OURSELVES. In addition it stops you 25 minutes at the top near restaurant to do nothing.....on the first 2 islands there is nothing to see..meals on the boat more than average....people rush to food and scramble..In short passing your way is suck or take another..
