This is an intimate photographic journey to the remote tribes of the Omo Valley, offering a glimpse into some of the last authentic tribes on the African continent. These expeditions will guide participants to the eastern side of the Omo River. During this photographic adventure, participants will visit the Konso, Hamer, Kara, and Nyangatom tribes. They will spend several days exploring the villages, engaging with the tribes, learning about their lifestyles, attending ceremonies and rituals, and capturing photographs. There will be ample time with optimal lighting on various days to photograph their daily activities, body and face painting, cattle herding, farming, and more. Due to its remote location, the Omo Valley has remained isolated from the fast-paced world for thousands of years, making it a true haven for anthropologists and photographers seeking a unique photographic experience in a lesser-known and rarely photographed region.
