Fabulous experience thank you - We had the best time and loved the paragliding. We went as a family of 4 two kids aged 12 and two adults including my mum who is nearly 60. The instructors were lovely and I felt the experience was well managed and safe. I was a little nervous beforehand but was kept calm and encouraged by the guide. The kids loved the experience and were very brave. I would do it again. Also we left some clothing in the van that takes you up the mountain and forgot to collect them. Once back at the hotel we told the driver and he went back and brought the items to our hotel without charge and very quickly. We bought the photo and videos they offered. This is an additional cost and although I think the experience was a little expensive it was worth every penny.

The best memory from our holiday - This was the best experience. The pilots are so easy to chat to and they have massive experience between them. Its easy to dismiss because of the fear factor but my girlfriend who can't be 20 feet of the floor without shaking did it. Yes she was scared but the staff look after you and it's as safe as the flight you came to the island on. I would recommend to anyone I'm 63 my gf is 61 and it was a thrilling experience. A must do if you want an adrelin rush

Ricardo made my day!!! 🤩🪂 - What an amazing experience!! Everyone should try it!! Ricardo is the best pilot, he is very friendly and experienced, he made me feel safe on my first paragliding. He explained everything to me during the flight and made me smile a lot. The view from up there is breath taking, I would do the flight again in a heartbeat 💓. The whole team was nice and communication before the flight via WhatsApp was great and put my mind to rest. Highly recommended; keep up the good work guys!! Thank you again!! Big hugs 🤗

Had an accident couple years ago with another provider! So was very nervous but roberto was excellent ! Definitely recommend - Roberto made me so confident after my previous experience couple years ago from start to landing it was amazing would recommend this company

Guys don’t lose heart!!! - We stayed this morning, we thought we could not face the anxiety for such a flight!
And instead I'm here to write to you for this fantastic experience that allowed us to fly and throw ourselves from a mountain, the instructors all very good ours were Wil, Federico, Edward and Rodrigo.
Nice, full of patience and loads!!!!

An amazing experience - I flew with the instructor Balta, he was fantastic, amazing experience. Stunning views, very professional and so much fun. I loved it. Highly recommend.

so / so - Late pickup. Delayed flight by an hour. Pilot was nice & chill but also sleepy and seemed tired.
Prices – not in stone and no receipt either.
GoPro pictures turned out to be extra 40Eur after flight (felt like a ripoff).
Flight was nice and views were great!

Terrible organization and customer service - Terrible organization and customer service — avoid this company if you're planning excursions in Tenerife.
I absolutely do NOT recommend this company for booking excursions. My experience was terrible from start to finish. The organization was a complete mess, and their secretary was completely unprofessional. Our excursion time got rescheduled multiple times, causing us to waste half a day of our vacation.
Women secretary failed to properly inform us about the photo and video options. She told the flight video costs €45, so we declined and only paid €25 for photos. She promised to send the photos the next night — we waited five days and received NOTHING. To make things worse, they deleted all my photos and videos from memory card, and sent my boyfriend photo of a completely different person.
This whole experience was beyond disappointing.

Avoid - Do not use never even turned up to pick us up then really rude on the phone avoid at all costs book someone who will turn up and at least communicate with you in a polite manner
