Excellent tour and wine tasting - We thoroughly enjoyed our discovery tour and wine tasting. Abraham was an amazing guide with immense knowledge of Australian wines. He gave us fabulous wines to taste and devoted much more than an hour to our experience.

Worth doing before other wine tastings in the region! - Spent a lovely 90 mins at the Australian Wine Centre, with a guided tour by one of their sommeliers. We booked as a couple for the 11am tour, and we're joined by 2 other couples. Part way through the tour, he gave us a red wine to taste as he talked us through it all, and all this was followed by a cellar tasting in the bar area. He had pre-selected 3 wines for our tasting: 2 reds and a white. I don't drink red, so during the tasting, the sommelier kindly offered me a tasting of another white (after finding out what I liked), which was much appreciated and very much enjoyed. He also got the group a taste of a sparkling red, which they also enjoyed. It was a really informative and interesting visit and it didn't feel rushed at all. Lovely location too, near the Botanic Gardens. Definitely worth doing, even if you do go on to do a full tasting trip to any of the wineries in the area. It gives you a good understanding of the basics, and the differences between the Australian regions and even gives you the sort of questions to ask when out doing other tastings!

A must do in Adelaide - We would highly recommend this tour if visiting Adelaide. Abraham was knowledgeable and passionate about wine especially South Australian wines. The Centre was impressive and a must to visit.

Excellent guided wine tour and wine tasting experience! - Everything about our 4-person guided wine tour and tasting experience conducted by Maria was excellent! Our family guests from the USA were amazed by the experience, quality of the wines tasted, Maria's knowledge of world-wide vineyards, wineries and wines, and the excellent customer service! A Memorable day. - Abraham was our enthusiastic knowledgeable host, he made the tour and tasting informative and fun. We followed with a lovely lunch at the wine centre which made for a memorable day. Beautiful surroundings and very helpful staff.

Superb experience - As part of an already fantastic trip, I had the opportunity to visit this wine museum, given that Adelaide is the main center for viticulture. Splendid, well-designed rooms, warm welcome, superb tastings in a place located in city center and surrounded by beautiful parks: I highly recommend this experience!!

Wine tour & cellar tasting. - We did the cellar tasting tour with Maria who was brilliant. Maria shared lots of interesting facts about wine - how it is made / bottled / what to look for when sampling wine etc. Maria was super knowledgeable and very professional (even when an elderly gentleman tried to “mansplain” to her about why the wine from her own country was not as excellent as other countries - way to go Maria - you handled that gentleman beautifully 👍🏼). For non wine drinkers - it was a very interesting tour and we will definitely do it again when we return to Adelaide.

Great tour, tasting for being short of time - Excellent 1 hour tour with selection of wines - booked day before and I was the only person. Very professional, informative and enjoyable. Highly recommended if your stay in Adelaide is short.
