Such a great experience! - Welcomed warmly, extremely professional service in a relaxing environment. Would reccomend for anyone. Please try once. Didn’t have enough time otherwise would’ve tried Hammam as well!

Very good - The staff was very nice and friendly. Overall, we really enjoyed it and can definitely recommend it. It was a good experience. You could choose whether you wanted a massage from a woman or a man.

Ok, but wouldn't rush back - The taxi was late by 45 mins which doesn't bear well when the whole experience should be a relaxing one. The staff were nice and friendly but hinted for tips, which is generally what this nation is about whatever you do. The massage was a little too fair for me and I've had better, but I suppose overall the experience was pleasant enough.

Girls trip - It was an amazing experience. Enjoyed the massage, enjoyed the tea after massage. We were also given water as it was very hot. They could do with fresh set of single use scrubbing gloves

Good professional in precarious environmental conditions. - The professional who did the massage was very good and attentive, but the hygiene conditions of the place are poor and the bad smell of the towels bothered a lot. In the end by what I realized they are only again arranged in the massage bed. There's neither water nor tea. I also warn that it is necessary to say who do the massage with man or woman. And finally the value is expensive for the environment.

Experience not to be repeated - Living room located in a popular area, a dubious welcome with a gentleman who twice implores you to get massaged by him when you have clearly specified a woman. Late... a lot of worry on my part I threatened to leave. The treatment was done by a young girl, a little awkward. Nothing wrong with the driver: on time and respectful. Place to run.

No proper pick-up service, having to arrange your own taxi. Poor quality - The overall experience was not as good as indicated in the offer. El Fakir Tours could not pick us up at the hotel offered, while we could choose this! Cancelling was already no longer an option from TripAdvisor.. Then we had to arrange our own taxi at a pick-up point. This was not described in the offer. We really weren't comfortable here the way it should have been. Once we arrived we were asked to take a seat in the hammam. I thought this was kind of meagre. They had rubbed and wet us a few times and left us for 2x 15 min without doing anything. Probably the mask had to retract but this was not sufficiently scrubbed.. The massage itself was too soft and asked a few times if it could be louder. I have really experienced better hammam/ spas!
