Well worth the money felt rejuvenated after - Rejuvenated & refreshed after this fell asleep during the massage. Booked to have another one before going home. Wish these were in the UK near me

Pampering and Manipulation.... - As a solo, older traveller I was a little apprehensive, but my 2hr of pampering and manipulation by Sara was wonderful. Communication was initially a problem; she only spoke Arabic or French, me only English, but we managed. My hammam was in a private room on a marble bed. Argan oil/soap was applied, followed by exfoliation and water wash, then coffee grounds were applied and I was scrubbed again, finally I was washed with soapy bubbles and rinsed. I was then moved to a massage room, where I was allowed to rest a while. Sara then gave me a deep massage with oil, using her hands and elbows. She manipulated my fingers, toes, shoulders, legs. It felt amazing. I even got a gentle face and head massage. The taxi pick-up was also excellent with clear communication, prompt arrival and a reassuring chat with the driver. You should do it, you won't regret it.

Magnificent Massage! - Hi, I’m Karen, I have just been this morning and I left feeling so relaxed & happy! I’ve had a few hammams but Fatizara? I hope I got that right, was just incredible with the massage, she did not rush, was really excellent! My tip: take cash to tip as sadly I did not and really wish I had!

Iv done a couple of... - Iv done a couple of hanams in Agadir and this was hands down the best. Everything was perfect, communication, transport, spa was very clean, the girls were lovely. They took their time. Highly recommend

Hammam - The hammam was special. It's not what you're used to seeing. The person is very professional on the other hand the place not very pleasant bad reception.

Intimate but very relaxing! - Once I had got past the shock of being in a room with 2 marble slabs with my friend (both of us butt naked) it was a great exfoliating treatment! Massage was lovely and very relaxing

Hammam takes your tired body to new level - The start was not promising. There was no advance confirmation about the pickup. Also no-one showed at the agreed hotel pickup place in time. When calling the given number it went to voice mail. However about 10 minutes late there was a normal taxi stopping near and chauffeur waving. Well, it was the transport. The hammam itself was a good experience. First ~one hour of washing and thorough scrubbing on a table, then massage. The young masseuse had strong hands and decisive grips. We were served tea before our transport took us back to the hotel. After the two hours in hammam I felt really relaxed and the rest of the day was very easygoing, also the next night sleep was good. If I could have a better management and transfer services for the while experience I would give all five stars.

A Moroccan massage experience - The overall massage and Hanmam experience was very good. We felt safe and very relaxed once we arrived at the massage location. The ladies did an excellent job with their exfoliation and massage treatment. Make sure to have clear communication with the provider for pick-up location. If you are on a cruise ship, provider cannot enter port and you must meet them at the port entrance. (Which was about a mile from the ship).

Horrible! Scammers! - Horrible experience. I had booked a spa day with my friend on this website and they whatsapped me saying they cannot do the treatment on that day and we had to book for the next day, however we couldn't because we were leaving Agadir the next day and had flights booked! Instead they promised a refund that they did not deliver on! So they kept our money and stopped replying to my refund requests! I got an email saying the refund was on its way however it was not!! Tripadvisor ignored the refund request email and also did not do anything about this!! Please do not book here, customer service is bad and they will take your money as soon as they can. Even if you are owed a refund they will block you and ignore your request.
