Authentic and amazing value for money - Very authentic, not sure we would have ventured in here without finding it on TripAdvisor but so very glad we did!! Lovely ladies who first took us for the Hammam. You can't be shy or modest here but they've seen it all before! They wash and scrub you from top to toe before you go for a fabulous full-body hour-long massage. We left feeling thoroughly relaxed with skin so soft. Totally recommend this place, incredible value for money if you're looking for a real Moroccan experience.

Best Cruise Excursion Yet!! - This was a fantastic experience! I really enjoyed the body scrub, body treatments and massage. All the ladies that worked here were fantastic. But I do have just a couple of tips. First, arrival was a little difficult. If you arrive at the cruise terminal, you will walk to the exit and go through two gates to meet your driver. There was a lot of confusion over this. Once you arrive, you will be served a hot cup of tea, and then ushered to the body scrub area. Don’t be shy, as you will be asked to undress completely. Next, you will be covered in warm water and oil and asked to relax for a few minutes before they come in and start the scrub. It is amazing how much dead skin comes off. Next they apply some type of mud where you relax for a few more minutes before they come in and wash your hair and rinse your entire body. Then you are escorted to another area for a very relaxing massage with argon oil. I also wanted to mention that you will have to walk up several steep flights of stairs so it could be difficult for some. This experience was the best money spent on my trip so far. I highly recommend the experience for anyone. Thank you ladies!!

Massage is good. Hammam is rushed. - The massage and my masseuse were excellent. I was really relaxed. However, I couldn't say the same for the hammam. It felt really rushed. The scrubbing was more like a cloth passing by your body. The mud scrub was only applied to the front of the body and not to the back. They also wait for you to give them tips, and you won't be able to leave without getting any. This is the complete opposite for the masseuse, as they gave excellent jobs, made me feel really relaxed, everything wasn't rushed, and they weren't hovering around you for tips at all. If I had to do it again, I would focus my two hours on massage only. Btw, the service and the driver were good, too. The overall experience isn't that bad.

Pretty good experience - A little noisy due to nearby work and a lot of chatter. Massages were good. A tea would have been welcome at the reception or during the long wait for the return transport.

Not good - The Hamann was terrible, at four you had to lie on the stones. Someone kept coming in & it was very loud. You felt like an animal, downright disturbing. In terms of impression, the employees all had no desire. In general, the spa was not so clean. The massage was okey. Only it was like a pigeonhole & you could hear construction noise. All in all not recommended!

Worst Hammam exoerience ever - Our booking was for 4pm for a 2 hour hammam and massage..1 hr each. They picked us 15 min late then left us aitting inntheir waitimg r9om.for 20 -30min..then took ua in the hamam at 5 sometjimg and left us waitimg for several minutes like 30 or so, threw cold water on us with some.soap, left ia in tey cold.hamam for another 44 min , all.the time.not explaining what is going on and why there was no hot water nor any heat in the room. The women spoke no french nor engliash and kept only shaking their head saying one word Mal which mean bad in french ..probably cursing the management in berber language which we could not undersstand. Then finally one woman came gave us a scrub each for less than 5 mins and used got hot water from a kettle from outside and poured in a bucket and splashed us with it and said we were done ..i checked the clock it said 6:30. They left us there with some tea, also cold in a robe. Hair wet. Andthen took us downstairs for the massage. I complained to mangement but he refused to listen and offered no apology and refused money back or rearraging and said take the massage which only lasted 40 min. Worst experience ever. Please do not use their services anymore I would like a refund please for the 3 of us. My sons had a horrible first experience..it ruined our holiday.

Do not book this noisy massage experience! - The hammam and massage were significantly let down by the tired environment and constant workforce noise! Although the two treatments were enjoyable they were sadly overshadowed by horrendous drilling, banging and loud works resulting in a far from tranquil experience. Sadly the nice staff lost any possible tip as the experience was let down by the none stop noise. Shame! Book wisely folks!
