Port in agadir cancelled stop due to horrible weather. It was announced by captain of ship the day before - Even though port authorities closed port.and Ship could not dock viator is not refunding my money. Not possible to take your tour from ship that was not able to dock. I contacted viator immediately customer service and I request for refund was denied. Port was CLOSED. I will write to trip advisor and will somehow let authorities know. No customer service at all. Impossible to be met at ship that due to weather was not able to dock. This company should go out of business. If stealing money from tourists is you way of doing business. Do not use viator.
