Lovely way to spend your birthday - We had a lovely time, we were made to feel very welcome, the girls were all lovely the hamam bath was great and the massage was very relaxing.

Very relaxing experience! - This was a great experience! We were treated wonderfully and the massage was gentle and amazing. We were so relaxed when we were done. We were traveling via cruise ship and it was about a mile walk to meeting place. It would have been nice if they could have met us at the first gate. We didn’t have internet as that area was blocked. Good communication before tour!

Disorganised booking system - The booking was a nightmare. 3 hours before i had a call to ask if the could pick us at 5pm instead of 6pm.
5.20pm no one arrived... called the number that had called to change the time no reply. So called the company they said their team had changed the slot to 5 and someone was picking us up then hung up. Got a text from another number confirming 6pm booking.
The man that changed the time then text to say he was changing the booking to the next day.
After all that drama we got picked up at 6pm (numerous calls to 3 different).
The ladies that work at the spa were amazing, so polite and attentive, they do a fabulous job.
Just be mindful of the booking process once in Morocco

Viator poor customer service. Imoha tours Agadir, poor customer service - The massage was amazing and deserve 5 stars.
However, 22 hrs before the booking the tour company IMOHA TOURS AGADIR messaged us to say , they would not be picking us up as they did not pick from Taghazout, even though they took the booking, and we have it on our booking slip as our pick up point.
They refused to speak to us on the phone and didn't via WhatsApp .
I contacted VIATOR and because it was less than 24hrs they were not interested. The sign of a company is to care about you're customers.
In the end we had to chose between , nit going to the hamman and massage and lose £58 or pay £40 for a taxi there and back. To say it spoilt the start of our holiday , is an understatement

interesting - - difficulties with communicating as no one speaks english there (my fault for not learning enough french or arabic to be fair)
- massage is marketed as 1 hour but really it’s 40 minutes with 20 mins where you’re just left lying face up with towels on you
- hammam was … interesting and invasive and again left alone for probably too long: got bored. would be better to make the hammam half an hour and the massage 1.5 hours
- massage wasn’t really hard enough in terms of pressure but again due to difficulties in communicating i couldn’t really convey this to her
- unfortunately it was difficult to relax with all the super loud construction work next door
- the place feels mostly clean and tidy
- the massage staff were kind
- hammam ladies didn’t really guide you through any process of what would be happening which can be daunting for someone with no prior experience so had no idea what to expect (again probably should’ve done more research my self)
- hammam staff were very pushy for tips

Hammam disaster an experience not to be repeated Service at the head of the customer. In short, a very bad experience - Unforgettable in the wrong sense of the word. a steam room that is not one.
They throw hot water at you. They make you wait 30 minutes. Without heat lying on marble.
You're locked up, impossible to get out. You get a scrub without the skin sweating.
Anyway, another 30 minutes waiting.
We had to rinse ourselves.
The lady who gave me the scrub ripped my underwear off. A disaster.
Only the massage was very pleasant.
Finally the taxi was scheduled for the return. They told us they ordered a taxi and he was coming.
30 minutes later no taxi and no one at the reception.
So the taxi is our responsibility.

Worst Hammam experience - Do not go here for a Hammam. Hands down one of the worst Hammam experiences me & my friends have had.
Not enough staff to cater for every guest, not a traditional Hammam either.
