Great massage - Booked our hammam massage later in the day but this wasn't an issue. There was 3 of us in the booking. We were picked up on time, driver was helpful and spoke good English. When arrived at the premises we went waiting long before heading to the top floor, I would add if you struggle with steps or mobility this premises is over 3 floors and it's all steps. Disorganised booking system - The booking was a nightmare. 3 hours before i had a call to ask if the could pick us at 5pm instead of 6pm. 5.20pm no one arrived... called the number that had called to change the time no reply. So called the company they said their team had changed the slot to 5 and someone was picking us up then hung up. Got a text from another number confirming 6pm booking. The man that changed the time then text to say he was changing the booking to the next day. After all that drama we got picked up at 6pm (numerous calls to 3 different). The ladies that work at the spa were amazing, so polite and attentive, they do a fabulous job. Just be mindful of the booking process once in Morocco

Nightmare, traumatised and violated....do not book with Imohatours - The worst experience I have ever encountered on my first trip to Agardi with my friend for her birthday and family. I wish I had never booked this with Imohatours.....never again!! This was the first time having the Hammam and was not provided with any information from the tour guide other than we would be picked up outside the hotel. On arrival we were met by staff who spoke no english, the staff at reception was unfriendly and unprofessional and only spoke english to ask us whether we had paid, when we confirmed we did, we where asked for our bags containing our personal items to be placed in reception. We asked why are there no lockers, they pointed behind them to a shelf with bags. We were then led to an area where we were told to remove our clothes, only provided with a disposable underwear, no towel or robe to cover the upper part of our bodies. We were then led to a room where we noticed lockers without keys. We were told to lay on the bed, where another member of staff started the treatment, without explaining what was being done and threw water on me. I then asked her why she did that, she left the room without saying a word...we call out and was told to be quiet. We called out to let them know we did not want to continue with the treatment and was told to be quiet. We insisted on being given a robe and was provided with a dirty wore one and left again whilst three staff spoke in arabic and french to each other leaving me and my friend very violated. Two staff then returned and told us to gather our clothes which had been placed in the unlocked lockers, they led us to another room for the massage and we were told to put our clothes on the floor. During the treatment, staff were chatting to each other, making phone calls and exchanging money. The treatment was carried out in a dark room, the lights going on and off, staff coming in and out, not my idea of serenity. I completed a review on their website which has been removed, they only have 5 star reviews. The picture they use for the spa is fake and not reflecting how the rooms really look. All the staff are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. Do not book with Imohatours, I paid for three tours and went on two due to the poor service, their photos are not a true reflection of the tours

Very bad do not come here. - This was very bad and not professional it says 2 hours but it’s less than 2 hours the workers there are not nice especially the ones doing the hammam they left us in a room for basically half of the time and was trying to get tips of us if your going to book here don’t book somewhere else because this is not the proper hammam they do it better in other place in Morocco this was rubbish ask not worth it at all

very bad experience - the worst experience I have ever had booking activity on viator; the salon doesn't look like ham, it is just the hair dresser salon with some rooms upstairs; hamam experience was terrible, dirty room, dirty and used slippers and towels, everything smells very bad; ladies pushing for tipping everywhere; during massage was the same - dirty and stinky towels; zero atmosphere, some loud construction activities outside, very bad smell in the room; only good thing was massage lady

I've been ripped off - Very unprofessional company. They communicate badly and send you to the wrong location. You'd better ask yourself in town about a hammam.
