Pure relaxation in Agadir - The hammam and massage in this salon were wonderful. The service offered leaves nothing to be desired. Everyone is passionate about work, you feel in good hands! I recommend this relaxing experience to anyone who wants to learn more about Moroccan culture and be pampered.

Great experience - We got hamam together by a lovely woman who was extremely professional, then we got tea and ended with a fantastic massage. We were both like reborn. And then we were picked up and shipped both ways

excellent - The hammam and massage lasted for 2 hours. Both were very relaxing and rejuvenating. The hammam helps to make the skin feel and look better. The massage helps to relax and feel fresh. The experience was excellent. The pick up and drop was added advantage.

Offer corresponds to the price paid - The stay at the Hammam corresponded to the low price paid. All employees are very friendly, but you are handed out for the individual applications as if on a mass handling. The hammam room was not warm enough for our feeling, the massage is done in a room with several other guests, separated only by curtains. The hotel transfer was very well organized. If you want to invest little money, you are welcome to try this offer without excessive demands.

Bad Hammam, good massage - 1 woman did Hammam for all visitors and so could not give more than 3 minutes attention in the hour you lay on a stone bench. The massage was okay and much needed after an hour lying on a stone bench. Sofa was nice and warm

Did not turn up to pick us up - They did not show up pick up at 9am I tried to call and message them no answer. My hotel also tried no answer. They eventually called me at 10.09 saying they changed time but didn’t tell me, then wanted me to reschedule which I couldn’t do due to other commitments. I am now still waiting for them to issue me a refund.

Loveless rip-off - There were too many guests at the spa, you were handled. All fast, fast. The massage took place in a cold room that was far too small for that. So the masseuse had to constantly move the couch. The towels did not smell good and were damp, so we froze during the massage. My masseuse treated me unkindly and roughly. All in all not a nice experience. The complaint to the boss was not commented on.
