Super relaxing spa date - The spa, Hammam and massage were fabulous. Slight hitch with pick up so experience was an hour late and we did not get hammaman together as another lady was put with us. As it was our wedding anniversary this was a little disappointing However the venue is lovely and the treatment was fabulous.

Brilliant - The whole experience was amazing but be prepared to leave your dignity at the door when you strip off and put on the net knickers lol .. brilliant scrub down and the massage was truly amazing

The venue was not very... - The venue was not very salon like, however the staff were helpful. The session was not rushed and the massage was good, particularly enjoyed attention to my feet

Good but improve - The stuff is nice and friendly the facility is clean and reception lady is nice welcomes you the reason I didn’t give a five star is because there is room for improvement towards the cleansing ladies are supposed to have proper uniforms as they were in their own clothes and they had to mix up with water from cleansing the gown towel are supposed to be white so that it can be visible if they are clean or not the massage was nice

Couple massage - Massage very well. Hammam very average no explanation we stayed alone for 30 minutes minimum...... Return to our hotel by taxi Local not air conditioned after waiting 25 minutes at the reception....in addition to the big works a lot of noise not relaxing

Hammam was not great, ... - Hammam was not great, not full length of time basically scrubbed you the left you in coffee for 20 mins waved it off and that was you, wouldn’t do again. However the massage was excellent! Lovely ladies and was perfect. Transport to and from hotel was great too. Would rebook for massage but wouldn’t waste my money on Hammam.

Hammam Scrub massage - Massage very well, but the steam room does not live up to the price offered. They use the same glove for all the customers I found it abused. Hygiene disaster

To flee!!!!!! - To flee absolutely! Never book through this site: it is a scam in disguise. The information is unclear, the deadlines and conditions are unclear, and above all no assistance is provided in case of problems. Once the money is cashed in, you are left to your own devices. As for the spa we were sent to, it was a real disaster. Welcoming was icy, the staff totally incompetent, rude and unpleasant. No sense of Customer Service, no courtesy, and clearly no desire to be there. It seemed too much from start to finish. This experience was a waste of time, money and energy. I strongly advise against this site and establishment to anyone wishing to have a good time or enjoy a professional Service. It’s just shameful
