Would definitely do this again!!! - We saw some negative reviews before booking but i am glad to have ignored them and booked anyway! We was met directly outside our hotel, which was not on their list of hotels they pic up from, by a friendly driver who spoke fluent english, for no extra charge. After that, there was a 30 minute journey through the mountains to the botanical gardens where we was showed around by a member of staff before being offered testers of the products made with the stuff in there garden, and 10 minutes free time to enjoy the views. We then had another shorts drive to a ceramics shop with a view point at the top with lovely views, although the prices in the shop are expensive and the man is a bit pushy as you have to walk through his shop to get to the viewpoint, the experience was great. We then got to the place where the valley was and there was a 15 minute walk to the lagoons which was a bit bumpy but manageable, where we was then given 1 and a half hour free time before heading back the van. We didn’t do the lunch option, but the driver took the people who did during the free time to get their meal. Ignore the reviews from miserable people, because i would definitely do this again.

Prompt pick up phoned in... - Prompt pick up phoned in advance. Small group tour. Good driver and very considerate friendly guide. Tour as advertised, lovely views. Quite strenuous for our age group but guide ensured we crossed difficult terrain safely. Well worth the experience.

SCAM for lunch - Honestly it’s to do because very nice corners in the Atlas. You really need good shoes and pe See to go to the toilet before you go down. For me the waterfall is not the best. I much prefer the little corners downstairs. We had paid 200 dirhams a meal that was not worth them at all! Just a chicken tagine and nothing else!!Take your sandwiches and eat on site for 50 dirhams!

Beautiful place once past all the litter , pot luck with the tour guides . - The place itself was beautiful (if you can look past the discarded plastic). Lunch and service was great . Nice to have an authentic meal in stunning surroundings. The "Guide" if I can call him that, drove us there with no interaction, walked us to the lunch spot and left us there with a point in the direction to walk . Not impressed with his service as others were getting all the info from other guides.

Avoid, tourist trap - First stop on the trip was to a Argan oil cooperative with a botanical gardens with it. We got dropped off and taken round the gardens which was nice but the guide said we had to leave after only around 10 minutes inside the shop and gardens. Not enough time to look at the gardens in your own time. Next stop was the veiwpoint. The view was nice but it is right next to a ceramics shop, which you have to walk through to get the top viewpoint, however, the owner is not so friendly if you do not want to buy anything. Again, the guide said we had to leave after only 5 minutes. Next was paradise valley. Do not book this or any trip to paradise valley as the photos are not accurate in the slightest. We were driven to the top of the valley where we began a 15-20 min walk through the valley to get to our spot. Our guide was speed walking ahead of the group, so you had to jog to catch up, no time to look in the shops on the way, no time to enjoy the view. When we got to the spot where we were having lunch it could not look less like the pictures. Shallow, still, brown water with flies ontop of it. There is hundreds of flies, the seating is dusty and unclean and it smells like stagnant water. We did not swim and did not see anyone else swimming. We were told we had 1 hour there before we needed to leave. We paid for the with lunch option, however this lunch did not arrive until 50 minutes had already passed. We ate the tagline as quickly as possible, which to be fair was pretty nice, and then our guide told us we needed to leave. The walk is not the easiest, it is lots of steps, windy paths and most of it is in direct sunlight - so not enjoyable when you are having to chase after the guide back to the car. Would definitely avoid and avoid any trips to paradise valley. There was loads of other tourists from other companies all confused as to where the nice swimming area was from the photos.

Dishonest Agency - Total fraud! The site is beautiful but dirty. Sell a lunch that's not made and refuse to refund us. The person on the phone is wrong. In short, unserious agency so it is better to book elsewhere!

Don’t bother booking the lunch ! - Very disappointing! The thunder storm the day before made the path to the valley impassable ! But that’s nature. The water we could see wasn’t the crystal blue of the pictures but a muddy brown. But that might be because of the storm. However the big complaint - I did try and contact Viator direct to resolve this but they weren’t interested - so here’s the truth- lunch was a disaster. Waited 20 mins for 1 drink 30 for the other- 50 minutes for 2 lunches which arrived 10- 15 minutes apart- someone who arrived after me got their lunch first ???- the two meals were completely different and of very different qualities. I feel I should receive a refund but apparently Viator don’t ! So before you book this tour think twice. I think the photos on the website are from a long time ago. The water was not that colour and I’m not the only Person to say so if you read the reviews ! Good luck !
