Agafay fire show camel ride - Excellent service even i get late for 20 minutes but they waited and came back for me, also the guide know different languages and very friendly no rush and all went well also the fire show at the end was the banger. Must try

Excursion to Agafay - We really liked the excursion, the guys who have picked us up super well, is called Lwafi, super friendly, friendly and fun, has helped us in everything in his power, so it is nice to do excursions, fully recommended

Best Experience - I had an amazing experience on this excursion tour from start to finish. The driver and guide were extremely kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They answered every single question I had along the journey and never made me feel like I was asking too many. If you are traveling solo, you will feel completely comfortable and well taken care of; they even took pictures for me whenever I asked. It got a little cold in the evening, and the guide thoughtfully brought me a blanket so I could stay warm, which really meant a lot. I was also nervous about trying the local food, but to my surprise it was absolutely delicious, I found myself licking the bowl! From pickup to drop-off, everything was seamless and well organized. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for such a memorable tour!

Agafay - The experience has been good, fun, and great Lwafi, a perfect guide, very friendly and has left us close to the hotel around the corner. Activity to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Poor Customer interaction with Quad guide, fine print says shared quad even tho the Tille advertise Quad, Camel dinner - Be sure to read the fine print it is a shared Quad ride. The guide wasted 20 minutes arguing with someone on the phone about my group of three having three bike. We had to pay extra which was no big deal because were already on the quads.

Do Not Book - My family and I went on this excursion and unfortunately it was a very poor experience overall. Our guide was extremely unengaging and did not explain anything about what we were doing throughout the day. The only enjoyable part of the entire excursion was the camel ride. When we arrived at the quad bike camp, there was a 2-hour delay before we were allowed to ride. There was no communication or apology from anyone, including our guide. We were left sitting and waiting without knowing how long it would be, with no water provided and not enough chairs, so we had to sit on the sand. By the time we finally got on the quad bikes, it was already dark and felt unsafe. The ride itself lasted only about 10 minutes. Despite paying for separate quad bikes, our guide repeatedly tried to make us ride in pairs. I had to insist multiple times before separate quad bikes were provided. At dinner, we were rushed to eat, and there was not enough food for everyone in our group. The food was cold, and we left still hungry. The performance began while we were eating, so we missed it entirely. Overall, there was very poor time management and communication from our guide. This was an awful experience, and I would not recommend this excursion to anyone.
