Absolutely incredible - This surpassed all expectations. Everything went smoothly with the pick ups, we got to the camp which is beautifully laid out. Much better than the other camps we drove past on the way. Sami was our guide, very friendly, he gave us our guide in English and he spoke multiple other languages. There were many guides to cater for all languages. The tent itself was stunning, I was expecting a very basic tent but we had a king sized bed, solar powered air con, plug points for charging. Toilet and hot / cold shower. It was incredible. The pools are lovely and fresh. Water is provided for free and the drinks are very fairly priced. The excursions were also more than fairly priced and we enjoyed the camel ride for 30 mins. The show during dinner was spectacular, and the whole thing has been the absolute highlight of the trip.

Enjoyable but worried for camels - The experience was thoroughly enjoyable and a great start to our visit to Marrakech. The he private room was huge and food delicious. There was concerns surrounding the welfare of the camels though - no weight restrictions to ride, no food/ water in sight for them, tied to a few inches. Was upsetting to see.

This was by far our... - This was by far our favourite experience in marrakech the only reason I voted 4* instead of 5 was simply because I was under the impression that the ATV was included in the experience. This is however an additional cost.

So-So - It was stressful to be collected 40 mins late from the meeting point, with no way of contacting the provider. The minibus was uncomfortable and seat belts did not work. 'Desert' is an unexpected term for this green and scrubby location. It did feel like Butlins in Morocco. On the positive, quad biking was fun. The meal was adequate. Plenty of food, but lacking sauce/flavour. Helped by wine being available. The entertainment was way better than expected, and the audience was game. The shared tent was a compromise, and the toilets were lacking lights/locks. With cold/wet weather I felt no need to go in the pools or indeed the showers. Honestly - go with a positive attitude and you will have fun. Do not expect tents or desert though!

Overnight in the Agafay Desert - The whole thing is quite old! (Together: tent, seat...) it’s the least! Proper show. Attention: child with disabilities, nothing is adapted!

Green desert - camp in need of maintenance - The departure was chaos: the night before we had our pick-up point changed and we were all meeting at the Tazi hotel. The bus had no air and when he asked her to turn it on he opened the back door to a police checkpoint where he closed it. The camp needs a little maintenance but dinner and the show were great. The next day a proper breakfast and we returned. The driver asked us which hotel we were staying in and recommended us to get off at the pharmacy but it was not good suggestion.
