A Trip To Remember - This was a fantastic trip, worth every penny. The boat itself is amazing but it was the crew who really made our trip special. My wife is disabled and in a wheelchair but Captain Yannis and his crew safely got her on board and nothing was too much trouble. The drinks were free flowing and the food was absolutely delicious. After sailing to Theodora Island we anchored and had plenty of time to swim and snorkel and use the paddle boards (not as easy as it looks). A surprise lesson in Greek dancing before a final swim and a gentle cruise back to the port. As I boarded the craft i dropped my expensive spectacles overboard and after diving a few times to the bottom of the harbour, I gave up and prepared to buy more when I get back to the UK. Imagine how chuffed i was to receive a text from Captain Yannis the next day to say that he had dived that morning and found them and would bring them to me in hersonnisoss (3 hours drive away)a day later. What an absolute legend 👏. All in all, we couldn't recommend this trip highly enough.

Beautiful sunset cruise! - We had a lovely experience with the crew to a beautiful island with great swimming. The dinner was very tasty too! It is out of a quiet port and unique view of the island

Great experience - Had a great time with DanEri Crete yachts. We enjoyed every minute of it. The hospitality was excellent and we couldn’t fault it and the food was great. 100% recommend. It was definitely a highlight from our holiday.

A taste of the good life! - We had a wonderful time on the cruise with Captain Angelo, Dimitri et al. The atmosphere was fun but laid back and of course the views were stunning. The equipment (paddle boards, etc.) was great and we had a great time in the water. The food was very good, too—the mussels were especially flavorful. .The pace of the afternoon/evening was perfect and we saw a beautiful sunset as we were getting back to shore. All in all a fantastic experience!

BEST DAY EVER! - We had the best time during our afternoon sailing trip! The crew is amazing and every one of them is so friendly and kind! It was a pleasure to spend the day with them, to swim in beautiful blue waters and to have fun! I can’t wait to be back ✨

This was the highlight of our one week in Crete/Chania. - The catamaran took off from Kolymvari port which was located 20 min from our hotel just outside of Chania. We stopped at Agioi Theodoroi where we swam in crystal clear green/blue waters. The crew served us with on of the best meals during our whole trip in Crete. We then witnessed an unbelievably beautiful sunset on our way back to Kolymvari. Thank you Captain Angelo + crew for an unforgettable memory.

Book this cruise! - My daughter and I took this cruise. There were some couples, some friends, and another parent/adult child. It might have been the best thing on our vacation. Beautiful boat and scenery (Captain Angelo and Demetrius - first mate and master playlist maker), dinner and snacks by Alfreda were delicious, and plenty of time and freedom in choosing activities or relaxing. We had a wonderful time.

Not good value for money - Having done a fantastic catamaran trip from Hersonissos a couple of years ago so were looking forward to the trip. Our first frustration came finding the boat. The Google location given was not accurate. Thankfully the person using WhatsApp was very helpful and gave us the correct location after walking up and down in the scorching sun. We were given a warm welcome on board with a drink for myself and husband, but then nothing for our teenage boys. Old enough to pay an adult price, but as not old enough for the alcohol, they were completely ignored and told to move out the way. We were given a briefing and told not to move on the boat. To leave our bags downstairs and not to move. We were then asked to pay our balance and told card was not accepted. The lady who seemed to be in charge was adamant about this despite a WhatsApp message to say we could pay by card or cash whichever we preferred. There were very few seats for the number of people so we had to sit by the captain. Once seated the boys still hadn't got a drink and ours was in our bag, I tried to get staff attention, but with no one available I got up to ask. I was told off, and they got the drinks. We had all thankfully taken sea sickness tablets before boarding. However, the trip was very unpleasant. It was not a choppy day, but they only used the motor and we bobbed back and forth at slow pace and it felt like tortue. We asked to move downstairs as I don't think being up high helped. They refused to allow us down. We tried to swap seats so my son was in the centre and again told off. This just lead to an awkward atmosphere on the boat. I assumed this was a safety thing, but after our stop on the journey back they allowed everyone to move freely. I suspect it was more because they had a photographer on board and the while crew priority was on getting the photos not on their guests experience. I have seen previous reviews say that they provided what was stated and entertainment is not part of the trip. For €85 luxury trip, caring, attentive crew is a basic. When we stopped and food was served, again no one was allowed near it while photos were taken. We were told to swim first. By the time had, the cheese and meet was hot and slimy. When we stopped we were told there were things to use and ask. But there was no one around to help, again for a trip of this cost there should be someone there to get the using the equipment. The 2 paddleboard were teathered to the boat and there were no paddles. So its false advertising as you cannot actually use them, just sit on the while attached to boat. The stop was a poor spot to swim in as nothing to see. We were told to stay close to the boat. So no one really bothered. When we arrived back to harbour the crew took a long time to get the boat roped up, the captain was getting quite cross as the crew didnt seem to know what they were doing. We were keen to get off and make it back to our hotel before the end of dinner. But they refused to put the ladder down until everyone was ready to leave and they had given us a raki shot, despite explaining the situation. We booked this before we arrived in chania. I really recommend waiting until you arrive as there are so many other cheaper options available. We hoped the price point, given the good reviews, would mean a professional attentive crew with a well managed trip.
