Wonderful tour of Agra History - Our guide Deepak was fantastic. He was very informative of history and also of today’s meaning of India. We very much enjoyed all that he shared with us and understand so much more of the history of Agra.

Everything I wanted - Everything I was hoping for. Guide met me as I got off the train. A driver was waiting in the car and we were off. Guide stressed that I was in charge, if I wanted more or less. Any questions and any stops for photos or whatever were welcome. Entrance to Taj Mahal was painless. Guide suggested some spots for good pictures. Same with the Agra fort.

Excellent Private Tour of Taj Mahal - Excellent Private Tour of Taj Mahal.
The day started in the morning at 7:00AM a very professional, friendly driver by the name of Sanjeev picks you up and he has a new Toyota (model is not available in the USA , so it must be a local Toyota model for India?). Sanjeev can speak English and his car has strong AC and plenty of snacks and drinks to keep you happy. Sanjeev drives very well, very safe and gets you to and from Taj Mahal very quickly.
At the Taj Mahal your tour guide is Deepak, he is a very professional, well educated guide who knows several interesting facts and history of the Taj Mahal and lets you know right away what are the rules, ex: No big bags such as backpacks(we suggest maybe bringing the hip packs or smaller shoulder bags instead), no literature or offensive materials, Shooting video from a video camera must be approved and you must pay a fee as well once approved and the video can only be taken from a far distance.
It is actually quite conservative so no jumping photos or the more fun exciting poses within the perimeter.
Deepak also tries to get you in and out of all the best spots within the Taj Mahal to get the best photos and he already knows the best locations and angles to get the photos that everyone wants.
It would be wise to try to get here as early as possible for as soon as we made our way around once a huge crowd of people came pouring in and kept coming in after that.
Again it gets very crowded quickly so if you see an opening for a great shot, take that shot right away before a mob of people are photobombing you and ruining the photo.

Nice Time with Family - Fatehpur Sikri part of the tour was enjoyable. The car was good, and overall a good experience. I wasn't aware of the depth of interesting information about Fatehpur Sikri and it's importance to Indian history

Short day but good - Good tour but we couldn't complete the day due to us having to leave Agra early.
The places we did go to the tour guide was knowledgeable and patient with us.

Relaxing day with visiting Agra attractions - A relaxing trip to most popular destinations and attractions in Agra. Timing was good for the pickup, nice car with AC, water and snacks, good amount of information for history and culture. Easier than doing things by yourself!

Disappointed With Our Not So English Speaking Tour Guide :( - I was really upset with the tour guide we received. I'm not trying to be a snob about English speaking skills, but as someone who wanted to learn the beautiful history of the country I'm from in English, I was very disappointed that our tour guide could barely explain the most crucial, major facts in English words. I'm sure he is excellent in whatever language he speaks, but in the end, I was the one who lost out on the experience because of his inability to translate the history in English. In addition, it's really inappropriate for a tour guide to bring personal politics or religion into the tour guide. While speaking about to the conflict that results in the battles between the Hindu and Muslim royal families, he consistently classified me and my friend and explained the history as "you guys did this to our monuments"... It is inappropriate to assume religion/cultural background for your audience and then use this assumption against the acts of the people in history that came long before them.
To top it off, our tour guide could see that we were struggling to understand what he was saying and were not enjoying the tour - to which he stated in his own language that "he was hung over from partying too hard last night so he was not able to deliver a good tour". This is unacceptable form a professional tour guide as this is job and being hungover is not an excuse from performing your role to the best of your ability.
I was really disappointed that I couldn't even learn the history of my own country because of the tour guide we received and am so sad that a once in a life time opportunity was ruined by something as simple as not receiving a tour guide who spoke the language I had requested.
