Meeting wines in beautiful wineries - Very good attention from Luis, our driver and guide- taught us a lot about Mendoza and the wineries.
We couldn't go to Catena Zapata but instead she took us to Casa Vigil, The Enemy.
The visit of the winery was extraordinary from Augustine. The change went well.

Surprisingly - Unfortunately, on the eve of the tour, we were informed that Catena Zapata would not be available for visitation on the combined day ( 27/09). But we were offered another option: we visited three wineries (Norton, Septima and Casa Vigil (El Enemigo) + lunch. It was surprising. We liked the three and lunch at the Vigil House was wonderful. Driver Sofia was very attentive to us. Congratulations, too.

It is worth seeing the wines of Mendozq - The guided tour to Catena Zapata is sensational. Very comfortable facilities, attentive staff and very professional. It was an experience to keep in memory

A pleasant surprise for my family 🙏🙂 - It was our first time in Mendoza. We had serious doubts about this tour due to some confusing reviews. But we found a very attentive and friendly driver. At Catena Zapata, we had the sensory tasting experience — it was wonderful!
We also visited Norton and Septima.
But our goal was always to visit Catena.

Views of Cordilleras are... - Views of Cordilleras are impressive. Wine tastings could be improved, especially in second and third wineries, by increasing selection of wines, with more discussions. Transport was too crowded, with 5 people in Toyota Corolla

They didn't deliver what we hired. - The Service sold is really confusing. In the description of the Service includes “tasting in all wineries” which did not happen, so I have as a misleading advertisement. Another point was that we hired as first winery Norton and we were directed to Suzana Balbo, without prior notice. At Septima we were received at the counter, without due attention. The Suzana Balbo employee was much more polite and attentive. To save the day, we had an indescribable experience at the Bodega Catena Zapata. There we get the Service we have contracted!

catena zapata is worth the tour itself - The Catena Zapata tour was WONDERFUL, however, before that the two wineries were literally a drop off, glass of wine, walk around the ground by yourself and pick up. These were accessed with “wine pass” and Lunch was also not included so it’s confusing about the amount of cost for this tour where the money goes to. However, it was a long day so for the driver to not engage with the passengers all day it’s probably more manageable that way to do pick up and drop offs…?

Disappointment - 1. They sold the package and then canceled my reservation because there was no vacancy. Frustrating for my group traveling. They sell the package without having the availability to visit at the Vinícola. If you enter the website of Catena Zapata there is no date that is as available and as is being offered

Very regrettable Service - I recommend never hiring this Service.
It has been unilaterally cancelled by the agency, after waiting more than 1.5 hours at the hotel door.
