Agrigento and Villa Romana del Casale Super Tour! - Everything about this tour was excellent! We had a great team leading us . Lawrence, our tour organizer made sure we were all accounted for to begin and at any stop. James our driver was gracious to allow a couple photo shoots and to charge my phone for more photos! Sergio was so passionate and knowledgeable as he presented the ruins at Agrigento, reinforced by photos in his note binder. There was a lot of walking but Sergio set a reasonable pace. The mosaics still in existence at Villa Roman’s were awesome, as well as the ruins still standing in Agrigento! Definitely include this tour if possible! Thanks for the extra finale to stop for delicious Cannoli!! What a team effort!!🌹

Great tour - This was a great tour. Really interesting. The schedule seemed to be reversed from some previous reviews, starting with a food stop, then the temples, then the Roman Villa. This worked well. Lorenzo, the tour leader, was very clear and did a wonderful job of keeping track of everyone, which wasn't easy. Giovana, the guide at the temples, was excellent and very knowledgeable. The tour is not for the faint of heart, though, long bus rides and lots of walking. But we found it totally worth it.

Feel like travel with family - Lorenzo make sure every group is in good hands. Explain to us with different language one by one. Try to answer all of our questions (with help of the kind driver James as well)! Learned a lot. Highly recommended!

Fabulous visit - Everything was perfect: the choice of itineraries, the driver, the guides. We felt as if we were being shown around by a family friend. Thank you Alessandra for helping us with our tours. Francesco was our amazing driver and “accompagnatore”. We would definitely use TourofSicily again!

A long day but well worth it - We really enjoyed this trip. It is a long day, with 5-6 hours of the trip spent driving on the bus, but that does give an opportunity to see some of the beautiful Sicilian scenery. The Roman villa is incredible- we have never seen anything like it. I would recommend paying 7 euros for the audioguide and although it is an early start leaving Palermo, you arrive at the Villa before the crowds. The Valley of the Temples was also amazing and we had a good guide there. The tour operator does say this, but you still need to pay the entry fees for both sites. Our companion on the tour Lorenzo was very friendly and welcoming.

Ancient culture combined with Sicily's beautiful countryside in full bloom! - This one day trip was very interesting from a historical point if view but also from a botanical point of view - at least for us taking the trip in late april. While crossing the island we caught a lot of views of the very beautiful green and hilly landscape in april. Mimosa, ginst and fennel were blooming beautifully everywhere and in along the small roads beautiful wild flowers in all colours were growing "en masse". The guide at the Valley of the temples was very enthusiastic and new a lot. He also used a lot of pictures while guiding us around which made everything much clearer. The one thing I did not like was that the tour was said to be in english but during our tour the guide gave the same message in both english, italian and spanish which made it hard to follow since he understandably had to speak very fast. At the Villa Romana there was no guide. Instead we all walked around on our own which was good. So fantastic with all the mosaic!

Nice day! - The Valley of the Temples was extraordinary! If you love history and marvel at how The Greeks constructed these temples and lived back in 480 BC - certainly go see this site. The guide at the Valley of The Temples, Victor, was passionate and so informative. Lorenzo was our guide on the transport to & from the site. He was a very nice person. Though it would have been nice to have some history of Sicily to & from the site. The Sicilian countryside is beautiful!

The tour guide provided... - The tour guide provided no narration at all, which I expected, but he and the driver talked non stop for the five hours of driving, with the driver clearly distracted and not paying full attention to his driving, and often driving quite slowly.. Guide brought us to a good stand for lunch, few food choices, not much seating, and have just 10 minutes to eat. There was another lunch spot at our stop that was nearby which would have been more relaxed, more food choices, food looked better. On a 10 hour tour guests should have more than 10 minutes to eat, and st least get to sit like human beings. No reason for it
