Great tour to Udawalawe National Park - We had a 3 hour journey with our great driver Thushara to Udawalawe National Park. He also accompanied and translated us on the safari organized by Hansika. Thanks again for Boris;-)
We were lucky enough to be able to see an elephant family up close right at the beginning.
We saw chameleons, water buffaloes, deer, monkeys, varans, peacocks, various birds, elephants, turtles, jackals (or hyenas) and crocodiles on the tour. Of course, it's not like you see animals all the time. It was still impressive.
Communication with the driver (Thushara) and Lakpura (Hansika) via WhatsApp worked very well. Thanks again to both of you!
