This taxi was very... - This taxi was very efficient and great value for money. Our taxi driver (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) was ready and waiting for us as we landed with my name on a piece of paper. He was very chatty throughout the journey giving us recommendations for food, activity and all things Dubrovnik. Really happy guy too which was nice. Will be booking for our journey back too!

Private airport transfer. - Prompt and courteous driver. Waited patiently for us at the airport. Dubronik views were awesome. Driver described the views.

Cant really review... - Cant really review because was not able to use service and /or get refund. Flight was diverted- airport closed to all flights. Which apparently was known in advance - my Airbnb host sent me a msg about it. No refund. Company says they already incurred the cost- sure, i get it but sometimes u eat it as the cost of doing business. This is problem with booking with viator- no recourse if something like this happens, and the provider doesn't care- they have the money already and no customer service reputation to protect.

Do not use - Driver never showed up. Number provided didn’t work so no ability to call driver and driver never called.
