Amazing - Luca was amazing! He was right outside baggage claim waiting for us. He was helpful with our bags and played soothing music all the way to our hotel.

This taxi was very... - This taxi was very efficient and great value for money. Our taxi driver (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) was ready and waiting for us as we landed with my name on a piece of paper. He was very chatty throughout the journey giving us recommendations for food, activity and all things Dubrovnik. Really happy guy too which was nice. Will be booking for our journey back too!

Our flight was delayed... - Our flight was delayed over an hour but Luka was monitoring it and he greeted us with a sign with our name and a big smile

Driver dropped us off at wrong spot! - The driver was kind but I asked him to let me show him the Airbnb address again because he was dropping us off by the tour bus drop off area and I knew that wasn't right. He said he could not bring us any closer. So we had to walk 20 minutes UPSTAIRS in Dubrovnik with all our luggage in the heat!!! Then when we arrived we saw taxis & Ubers dropping off their passengers right in front of our Airbnb!

Cant really review... - Cant really review because was not able to use service and /or get refund. Flight was diverted- airport closed to all flights. Which apparently was known in advance - my Airbnb host sent me a msg about it. No refund. Company says they already incurred the cost- sure, i get it but sometimes u eat it as the cost of doing business. This is problem with booking with viator- no recourse if something like this happens, and the provider doesn't care- they have the money already and no customer service reputation to protect.
