Domestic: Guests will be picked up at the airport’s lower levels. After retrieving their luggage from baggage claim, they should inform their driver and head towards the escalators to access the lower level. Once downstairs, guests should proceed outside to the curbside pickup area where their driver will meet them.

Maynard Jackson International Terminal
International: Guests will be picked up at the ground transportation passenger curb pickup. After collecting their luggage, they should notify their driver. Guests should then proceed to the arrivals lobby, exit through the arrivals lobby doors, and head to the ground transportation passenger curb pickup area to meet at either A2 or A3 passenger pickup.
