Comfortable transfer to my hotel - I was sent instructions on where to meet the day before my arrival. I contacted the vendor when I arrived. A short time later, the driver showed up. He apologized for being late due due Thursday evening traffic. He took care of my luggage. Being that my walking is not that great, the driver was kind enough to bring the car to me. The ride was comfortable to my hotel. A pleasant experience.

Seamless Airport Pick up - Monther picked us up from Oman Airport. He was punctual, communicated well and was a good driver, seamlessly getting us to our hotel early in the morning.

Mixed thoughts on this service - I booked this company for both to and from the hotel. On the first leg, they were late but there was fault on both sides. I put 08.00 on the booking form as it was the morning flight arrival. I received a WhatsApp from Ali and I read 07.15 so was happy that it was the same AM pick up. The company However listed the PM flight Number and I didn't notice the error. So they tracked against wrong the flight number but did have the correct time, and I was at fault for not spotting the error and telling them. Ali went out of his way to get another car and I got to the hotel eventually so grateful to him for this. For the return leg, Ali advised that he could make timing adjustments and so I elected to get picked up at 10.20am as opposed to 11.00am. I wanted to get to the Sultan Kaboos Mosque on route back to the airport. This was all arranged and agreed. 10.20am came and passed....then I made some WhatsApp calls, no answer then I was messaged back to say there was some kind of accident and I ended up getting picked up at 10.51am (too late) by which time, I just wanted to go to the airport. Overall, mistakes happen as do unforeseen issues. However, I didn't get met upon my arrival (of which I am part to blame) but the 10.20am pick up time was missed.
