How Our Private Airport Transfer Service Operates

1. Booking Your Transfer

You can reserve your service via message, phone call, WhatsApp, or an online form.

We’ll require the following information:
• Full name of the primary traveler
• Number of passengers
• Arrival and/or departure date and time
• Airline and flight number
• Name of hotel or accommodation

2. Receiving Confirmation

Once we have your details, we’ll send a confirmation message with:
• Pickup time
• Meeting point instructions
• Any balance due
• Important notes (such as additional fees if the hotel is outside the standard zone)

3. Arrival Day (Airport → Hotel)

Upon landing in Cancún:
• Send us a message as soon as your plane lands.
• Once you’ve collected all your luggage, send another message to let us know you’re ready.

Inform us of your terminal:
• Cancún International Airport has three terminals.
• Tell us which terminal you arrived at, and we’ll provide the exact meeting point for your pickup.

Boarding the Vehicle:
• Your driver will arrive at the meeting point about 5 minutes after confirmation.
• They will assist you with your luggage and confirm your name.
• If there’s a pending balance (such as the $550 MXN airport tax), it must be paid in cash to the driver at this point.

On the way to your hotel:
• Enjoy a private, air-conditioned ride with no stops and no strangers — just you and your group.
• The driver will take you directly to your hotel or Airbnb.

A day before your return:
• We’ll send a reminder and confirm your pickup time.

Hotel pickup:
• Your driver will meet you at the hotel lobby or the agreed pickup point, right on time.
• They’ll confirm your name and help you with your bags.

Heading to the airport:
• You’ll be taken directly to the appropriate terminal for your airline.
