One of the best holiday in my life - We was celebrate our anniversary in Punta Cana. Webster was our first costumer service experience in D.R cause he was a great driver and brings us water, coke and beers. Also he recommended us difference places to enjoy. Worst Transportation Experience I’ve ever had - The transporter had us waiting a hour and never showed up. Then I had to pay another driver. Got pre charged for a round-trip. Still waiting on my refund. This service sucks.

Over all a bad experience!! - To start I wouldn't recommend this company. To start our trip the driver was there outside with a sign for us and the SUV was nice along with the driver. But that's about the only good thing with this company. The SUV had no has and when i mean no gas the gage was past the "E". To the point we couldn't drive at full speed to conserve gas. The driver had to get the owner michael to met us at a gas station to pay for the gas. For what ever reason we passed multiple gas stations before being able to stop. We put that past us and got to the resort after our 45 minute drive too over a hour. We confirmed with the driver what time our flight was heading home, showed him the AA app with time to confirm no language barrier. He told us he will be at the hotel no later than 11am (our flight is 215). We were slightly concerned since it was a 45 minute drive but trusted him that was enough time. We tried to call the number on the confirmation page the day before to confirm the 11am pick up. It went to voice-mail, our resort front desk was kind enough to leave a message in Spanish for us, but now reply. We tried to call the morning of it went to voice mail, but they did call us back within 10 minutes. They confirmed they would be at the lobby at 11am. We got to the lobby a little early at 1045. By 11am no one was here yet. They called and stated someone was on their way. 10 minutes layer they called again then argued our flight was 245 not 215, then in the same call stated we should be there 3 houra early. By 1120 we tried calling and texting the number that was calling us but no reply and it was going to voice-mail again. By 1125 we asked the resort if they have options. They were able to get us a private transport for 70 to the airport in less than 5 minutes. By 1140 the number calls us back asking if we were in the lobby. We explained we were in another transport. The person we were talking with had the audacity to tell us they are going to charge us for his driver going to the resort. we paid ahead of time for round trip airport transportation a month before arriving... but they wanted to charge us MORE for not even completing the already paid for transport.
