Please be aware that the driver does not park on airport premises. It will take about 5 minutes for the driver to arrive once you are ready for pickup.

After passing through Immigration and Customs and exiting the arrival area, a friendly driver will be there to greet you, holding a welcome sign with the PENNINGTON TOURS logo and the lead guest’s name. Assistance with your luggage will be provided, and you will be escorted to a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle, where complimentary refreshments await you.

The journey to your resort or hotel will take approximately 10–15 minutes. Upon arrival, the driver will unload your luggage and offer warm wishes for the beginning of your stay.

Departure Information:

For your return journey, please be in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Drivers can only wait in the lobby for a maximum of 10 minutes. Once you meet your driver, you will be transported back to the airport, which also takes approximately 10–15 minutes.
