Customer service above & beyond - I caused a mixup in our reservations. Bonjour Provence came up with a great solution and refunded me a substantial part of my cost. I did not feel that they had a legal or moral requirement to issue the refund but they did. Their driver/guides were excellent and provided a very memorable experience for our family of 20.

Aix-en provence, Cassis and Notre Dam - Frank our tour guides was wonderful and professional! He gave us a beautiful day in Marseille ! We visited the beautiful beach in Cassis, a winery and the countryside!

Beautiful day at Marseille, Cassis and Aix-en-Provence - It was an excellent excursion. Jenny was very informative and we enjoyed her company. We saw many places and she accommodated our requests and slower pace because of my older parents. I highly recommend this excursion while visiting the port of Marseille rather than buying the ship excursion, it is worth the $$$.

Excellent time in Aix - Excellent tour for our family which includes two young adult children. Our guide Simon was very friendly, safe, and professional. We enjoyed seeing the markets in Aix, had free time as a family in Cassis, and enjoyed the entire trip. Van was comfortable and relaxed. Great tour!

Great family/friends private tour - Our private tour guide/drivers are awesome! They showed and walked us around the quaint cities, gave us plenty of time to sightsee. We did our own timeline. Very flexible and accommodating schedule. Has great information and knowledge about the cities.

Great way to experience the south of France in a cruise - We had an excellent tour of Aix-en-Provence and Cassis with François who was so kind and patient with our 3 kids and 78yo mother in law!

Quaint and quiet Sunday tour - Jenny (Eugene in French) was an incredible guide through the three areas! We especially loved strolling through the streets of Aix en Provence and visiting the markets. Our tour was on a Sunday, so we had the advantage of quiet streets and very little traffic, but we weren’t able to go inside the church in Aix en Provence or into the Notre Dame Le Grande because services were happening, so keep that in mind if you choose this tour on a Sunday. Also, we learned after the fact that museums in Marseille are free the first Sunday of the month, so swapping out the Bona Mere with a museum might have been better, but the views were beautiful so hard to say.

Marseille and Beyond in Provence, breathtaking! - 8 hr. PRIVATE Tour May 12 with Paul our Driver/Guide. We were elated to have him as our guide! A Marseille local who speaks perfect English. On time, professional, safe driver and extremely knowledgeable of Marseille and surrounding area. A perfect balance of free time and guided. We really enjoyed our day and the weather was PERFECT!
