5 stars - Chinese guide is very careful! This tour includes parking spaces, so friends who are driving have absolutely no need to worry. Not only that, the Chinese guide will also help to take photos, not worry about not having a photo match with the lamb! Add cake and juice, without worrying about starving or thirsty.

Highlight of our visit to Akaroa - An informative tour with absolutely wonderful interaction with the Alpacas.
Guides are knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly. The alpacas themselves are so placid and beautiful.

Unmissable experience - Beautiful spot, guide was so lovely and we learnt so much about the alpcas. We got to get up close with them and see all their different personalities. Great way to see the bays while cuddling some beautifully well looked after alpcas! 10/10 must do!!

loved it.... - This was awesome. From the scary drive up the dirt road, to playing with the animals. It was really special, not to mention the views are spectacular. The staff was tremendous.

OMG so great! - This experience exceeded our expectations! Our guide provided a ton of interesting information before the animal encounter. We first interacted with the male alpacas. Some were more interested in eating than in people but others were very happy to be petted. Their fur feels like carpet and their eyes are enormous. We moved to the area with females and babies and interacted by feeding them. That certainly got their interest! The farm also has a store with really lovely alpaca wool items.

A huge hit with our 19... - A huge hit with our 19 month old. The staff was excellent at helping point out the gentlest animals for us to approach who wouldn’t be scared by our son’s predictably unpredictable toddler movements.

Excellent opportunity to... - Excellent opportunity to get close to Alpacas, it was raining when we arrived but they provided raincoats, good commentary from the staff who explained everything about the alpacas, great fun feeding the females, good views of the Peninsula

Fabulous tour. Lots of fun for animal lovers of any age. - Had a great visit with the alpacas. Our guide Eunice was lovely, knowledgeable and entertaining. The alpacas are gorgeous.

cute - It was fun, however one of the guide seems not really friendly and insist us to move while we still enjoying taking picture with the cute alpacas :)
