- Zarzma Monastery - Visitors will explore the Zarzma Monastery of Transfiguration, established in the 8th century, featuring a distinctive domed church and a belfry, one of the largest in Georgia. The monastery includes an underground burial vault beneath the church, housing the remains of monks.
- Chulevi Monastery - Visitors will explore the Chulevi Monastery of St. George, which hosted a monastic community as early as the 11th century, though the current structure was built in the 14th century. Visitors can enjoy a small waterfall near the monastery, accessible by a 5-minute hike.
- Abastumani Astrophysical Observatory - Visitors will explore the Georgian National Astrophysical Observatory, founded in 1932 by Academician Evgeni Kharadze on Mount Kanobili, near the Abastumani resort, at an altitude of 1650 to 1700 meters above sea level. Its distance from air pollution and artificial sky illumination, combined with excellent natural conditions (a hilly landscape covered with coniferous forest), makes this location ideal for observatories at similar altitudes. The weather is stable, without harsh or sudden changes. The observatory conducts extensive research across various fields of astronomy and astrophysics, as well as studies of the upper layers of Earth’s atmosphere.
- Abastumani - Visitors will explore Abastumani, a climatic resort situated on the southern slopes of the Meskheti Range (Lesser Caucasus). Abastumani enjoys a moderately dry mountainous climate, with relative humidity reaching 50% only in summer. The average annual temperature ranges from 6.4 to 6.5 °C (44 to 44 °F) in January and 17.2 °C (63 °F) in July. Abastumani’s three hyperthermic springs (39–48.5 °C) are low in mineral content, rich in sulfate-sodium chloride waters, and have been used for treating tuberculosis for many years.
