Great experience and saw... - Great experience and saw a bunch of turtles! Guides were great and knowledgeable. Didn’t feel rushed and got to savour the experience.

Xcellent experience! - Let’s start with the bad, the directions are faulty(or I am not good at directing) just make sure to turn right before the bridge and go past the 7-11 to park then walk to 7-11 to meet the tour guide. Don’t bring snorkeling items, they are not needed(they provide new equipment). It wastes your time with the instructor as a few guests wasted a lot of time trying to fit their new gear. Now for the good, our instructor Fernando X. was Xcellent! He was very informative and gave us instructions before, during and made sure we were always ok in the water. He even took us a bit further to the reefs. Always pointed out where the turtles were and couldn’t have had a better experience.

Fernando and Carlos were... - Fernando and Carlos were amazing!! We saw so many fish and turtles!! This was honestly the highlight of our trip! I haven’t received our photos from the event yet though and that’s so sad.

Superb service & experience - The people of The Turtle Travel did an amazing job. Manuel and his assistants were directly in their communication and always put safety of the turtles as the number 1 priority. The snorkeling gear was brand new and the help in putting it in the right place was good. Manuel really understand that group was not familiar with the circumstances around swimming with turtles and showed his actions in this. We made a nice snorkelling track although the water was a bit fuzzy we saw beautiful turtles and a stingray. On top of that an octopus. In total we saw 10 turtles , 1 stingray and octopus. We have some nice pictures and movies. The quality and service was superb of Manuel. We can recommend the team.

Great experience - Sea turtles guaranteed, and you get great pictures included. Guide was very helpful and checked in on the group the whole time

Quite a lot of people but well organized - It was well organized and we were in a small group of 6 people. Have seen turtles, rays and fish.

Tricky start, great finish - We met up at the arranged spot but were disappointed to find that we were not on the list of participants. However Chsrlie checked our ticket and called the office and within 10 mins had it sorted, but we had an uncomfortable 10 mins. After that the day went well we were allocated lockers and snorkels and masks and were soon in the sea. We saw numerous fish and several turtles and whilst we are still waiting for the go pro photos to arrive overall we had a great day.

Turtles and stingrays - Fernando and Carlos were great! Plenty to see! This is definitely worth the time and money to do. Also lots of other interesting things to see.

Use another company - This was a once in a lifetime experience which ended up as a bit of a comedy of errors. Firstly our booking time was changed the day before our experience, the new time was a bit later in the morning, so no big problem. We waited at the meeting point, the tour rep eventually turned up a bit late then we waited around for the other 3 people for ages. The English guide then had to be bilingual as he had to speak Spanish to the other 3 people in the group. Very little information was given about the activity or the turtles. The guide did a good job on finding the turtles & a ray & he was taking pictures & video all the time. Unfortunately the company has "lost" the files relating to our snorkel, after days of chasing them they finally sent me a massive file containing another groups photos. No response from them since despite telling them they were the wrong pictures. Very disappointed, totally lacking in professionalism & customer service. Use another company!

Avoid this company - I advise to NOT book with this company. The guide took us to the parking lot, told us he would come back and never returned. We’ve requested a refund.
