Amazing! - Our tour guide (blonde girl) and driver were phenomenal! They planned music themed for the day and they had so many good facts to share. Absolutely wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about them.

After a shaky start... - After a shaky start getting people assigned to coaches, the excursion went very well. The weather was good, the scenery was great and our guide Vik was excellent. (I hear she is better then Tom who is not quite as good😊)

Lots to see and plenty of time! - Niko was a good tour guide, very kind and passionate about Iceland! She kept us entertained along the way to the various sites and also engaged in conversation while we were walking. The places we stopped were exciting to see and it was nice that since we had taken the 7:00am tour we still had plenty of time before the ship left so we were offered to be dropped off by the downtown so we didn’t have to go all the way back to the ship and then have to walk back. They dropped off those that didn’t want to get some shopping in back at the port. Lovely day with beautiful sites to see!

Good tour overall but... - Good tour overall but with a few flaws. The bus was delayed leaving due to a family finding it difficult to find the bus. I thought it was confusing myself. The first stop was too short, 20 mins at Skutustadir, with a big queue for the toilet. I got a photo but never got to see the grassy craters. There were no toilets at the place we stopped for lunch or the stop after (Námaskaro) and when I asked to use the toilet on the bus I was told it was full (It had been locked the whole day). We had our lunch outside as we were told we weren't allowed to have lunch on the bus as it made it too difficult for the cleaners! Fine on a dry day but what about a rainy day? I think they just didn't want to have to pay for a cleaner. Also chicken sandwiches only, no vegetarian option. Beautiful scenery but too long without access to a toilet.

Kaos - It was kaos to start with, standing in the rain no idea where to go, no signage and an overwhelmed young lady trying to control 5 bus loads of angry wet people. The coach was very comfortable but the host was arrogant and more interested in playing the guitar and trying to get us to sing along than keeping us informed. At lunchtime they put a box of sandwiches on the floor and allowed free for all which meant that the Asians took more than they could eat and left nothing for the rest of us, so I didn't get lunch., and no seating to use if we had. The facilities were poor ( only one toilet stop at the beginning of the day which cost almost $4:00.)

Organized Chaos!! - Overall the tour was very good. We had right time at each spot to enjoy. Guide was informative. Driver kept us safe. My only issue was about some disorganization at the beginnings. Was hard to figure out our bus. Caused some anxiety as we were not getting proper answers. It eventually worked out and were able to leave on time.
