Great trip - Took this tour from cruise port. Very efficient service. Driver Arthur was excellent and so was guide Nico ?. Reasonable price and very informative and enjoyable 6 hours.

A great tour to see and learn about Iceland. - My wife and I had a great time on this tour. We got to learn a lot about Iceland and their people. It was an all day trip that included the falls, volcano, the Dark City to see where trolls live, and a hot springs. The hot springs are not for swimming though. Our guide made sure everyone was comfortable and gave us lots of info at every stop.

Great Day Out with Amazing Viewpoints - Its almost a full shore day but it goes very quickly. The scenery on the drive is beautiful. The stops are all spectacular & you can expect to see a variety of different landscapes. Well worth doing & as a bonus the guide & driver were very comical. Fab day, thanks :)

Not bad but rather rushed - This was a good opportunity to see quite a few highlights of the region but in an unfortunate "speed dating" type format. Except for the brief stop at the lake, I would have liked to spend more time at each location, especially the mud pits which was really short given the size of the area. Long lines for the bathroom at the first few stops really cut into available time to see sights if you needed to use the facilities. But, it was a nice tour overall.

Good exp with some hiccups - The tour itself was good esp learning about mudpots and Mytvan Lake. There were some things lacking on the side of communication. Example: if you're bringing a car, you have to figure out parking on your own at one of their paid parking locations, which can easily take 10-15 min and so you need to give yourself that cushion of time when arriving. Another example, lunch was included. I had put down vegetarian option for when I booked the tour and called out/raised my hand for when the guide asked who is vegan. Yet, when we arrived, there was not enough vegan for everyone and so one of my family members did not get any lunch. Good thing we'd had some snacks in our bag otherwise there was no other option to buy food if we needed to. When I told the guide that, she shrugged her shoulders and said ok sorry. She did not offer to look to see if anyone had taken vegan one by mistake and was just non-chalant about it.

we pre paid. they did a no show. and would not refund us. - Operator no show!!!! We prepaid, and they did not answer their phone or show up to give tour. We waited one hour. All other tour groups were there at pier. They did not answer their ohone or show up!!!
