Alexandria To Siwa

Marsa Matruh - From the start of your tour, your guide will provide full attention. During the drive, your guide will discuss various points of interest along the way. Begin by traveling to Alamein, where you’ll appreciate the site of a significant WWII battle. Then, proceed to the picturesque bay of Marsa Matrouh for lunch on the Mediterranean Coast before continuing to Siwa. The drive from Alamein to Siwa takes approximately 5 hours. Upon arrival, visit the Old City of Siwa (Shaly) and enjoy dinner with Bedouin locals.

Siwa

Siwa - Explore the Dead Mountain (Gabel El Mouta), where you can see tombs such as SI Amon, MSW Isis, and Crocodile Tombs. Then, visit Gara Cave, a natural formation in Eocene limestone (55 million years old). Artifacts and rock art suggest prehistoric habitation during the late Neolithic period.
