History and Heart in Alexandria - Traveling solo in Egypt can feel intimidating, but this Alexandria tour gave me exactly what I was hoping for—connection, safety, and inspiration. I was joined by a small group of other travelers, and the guide made sure we all felt welcomed and informed. We started at the Roman amphitheater, then made our way through Pompey’s Pillar and the catacombs, which were the highlight for me. The carvings and chambers were surreal—like stepping back into a forgotten world. What made it special wasn’t just the sites, but how the guide explained Alexandria’s mix of Egyptian, Greek, and Roman heritage. I had time to take photos, ask questions, and just soak in the atmosphere. The lunch stop had great food and a beautiful sea view. The city itself is full of life, and the blend of modern and ancient architecture was incredible to witness. The tour gave me confidence to explore more of Egypt on my own. If you’re a solo traveler wanting a well-paced, insightful trip with good company, this is a fantastic choice
